Miguel Guhlin mentioned that you may have an avenue for inexpensive, quick, yet effective teacher certification in distance learning (even if it isn't state recognized. Do you have knowledge of this as an opportunity?

Why didn't I think of a slide like this? This is just darn wonderfully obvious and a great tool to explain to folks.

New Pew Internet report on student research habits.  Most teachers list "Judging the value of information" as their primary concern in learning.

Are district barriers the biggest problem we have in digital literacy?  It seems that online research (or teaching the value of information) is one of the most important skills we can share in a digital age.

Dr. Nguyen has a real talent for describing what is happening and how you can go about fixing your problems. She was very patient and seemed to genuinely care! I have seen a lot of doctors in the past few years and she is the best of them all! I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone with allergy or asthma problems.

The BBQ is good, but this place really makes it mark on the breakfast menu. I would recommend everything here! Perfect for an after-church meal!

Best loaded baked potatoes in the western hemisphere. It's very affordable and is regarded as a "special occasions" place for me and my family.

Best atmoshpere for any mexican restaurant in this area. The food is good - pretty standard - but the environment makes it a great place for a quiet evening meal or a happy hour get together with friends.

It's a sonic - what more can be said. The service, however, is tragically slow for a "fast food" place.

The service is usually good, but the food is just standard TexMex fare.
