+sajeev vk - Not sure why you asked on this thread, but I figured I might as well answer your question. I haven't really read a lot of books on CSS, but I can say that the website http://css-tricks.com/ is a very good resource and has lots of good videos, tutorials, and articles that will help you learn css. The best thing, in my opinion, is to create a simple web page and just try different css styles with it until you get the hang of it. Let me know if you have any specific questions and I am happy to help.

Very proud to say that I am a certified PPC master! After 12 weeks of class with +Brad Geddes, I have passed the +Market Motive PPC exam and am very excited for the future on managing Google #Adwords accounts, #Bing Ads, and implementing some of the advanced #ppc  strategies that I learned in the course. I would highly recommend the course and I want to say thank you to my friend Tom at +Hanapin Marketing for recommending the course and to my employer for their support. Awesome!

Super informative article about staying relevant in an ever changing landscape of search marketing.
Google is increasingly rewarding broader marketing strategy, which means your job is evolving. It isn't enough to focus on search marketing; we all need to become marketing strategists. Here's how.

I think it's very easy to spend too much time on social without seeing the return. I think there are many other important things that CEOs have on their plate to consider and many of them at the end of the day don't find the time to be "social". I think it's a good strategy to pay attention to the social channels and to have a presence, but it's a hard game to play. There are several people who do it right though, but it takes a lot of work.

I was doing some research on a cold call that I receive for retargeting. We currently work with a company that handles our PPC and remarketing through Google Adwords and Bing, but I was curious to find out more about Adroll. When I did a search (while on the phone), I was impressed with their website. Then, I Googled them to find out about their reputation. Their CEO comes up and his Quora answers came up. Then, I saw his responses and they really made a lot of sense. This impressed me and made me think, "wow". This company gets it. Their CEO gets it. Now, I'm really gonna dig into this and see if maybe this might be something to consider. Just my two cents.

Did you know 68% of CEOs have no social presence whatsoever? Most CEOs use social networks for customer communication. But why are so many missing?

Do you think its important as a CEO, or for your CEO, to be on social media?

As a Customer Service Representative in the "New Install" office at Smithville, I was involved with helping residential and business customers sign up for advanced telecommunication solutions including telephone, high-speed DSL and fiber-optic internet, IPTV, long distance, security systems, and cellular service, as well as 48 other Smithville products. I helped start a Co-Rec company softball team with help from a donation from the CEO, Darby McCarty. I coached the team through 3 great seasons and developed close relationships with many of my teammates. I recommended an enterprise social networking tool called Yammer. (Microsoft bought this company for 1.2 billion dollars). My proposal was well received and the company has been very successfully using this product. After being the sole employee on the network, I encouraged my supervisor, department manager, and other higher level decision makers that using Yammer would improve communications and create a valuable feedback loop to improve service. Helped research and recommend a Unified Messaging product as an external and internal solution for Smithville customers.

Introduction
My current full time position is for a company from Bloomington, Indiana called Big Time Trading LLC. They are the parent company of Deep Blue Gear, Snorkel-Mart USA, and Snorkel-Mart Canada. Shoppers mostly find us through heavy PPC advertisement. I am the Google AdWords administrator and participate in planning and discussions with the assistance of ROI Revolution to discuss trends and to make changes to the AdWords account.

Deep Blue Gear is the manufacturer of wholesale snorkeling gear sold all over the world. Some of our clients include the Sandals Resorts, various dive shops in the Caribbean, hotels, and many other places in the world.

Snorkel-Mart USA sells to all 50 states and also many other places in the world. In this capacity, I need to know how to manipulate the website source code to make updates to the Coldfusion based code that makes up a major portion of what our website is built upon. It was a custom built solution by one of the co-founders of the company, Tom Sutton. He is self-taught in Coldfusion, PHP, and many other programming languages.

My position @ Snorkel-Mart USA and Snorkel-Mart Canada is Customer Care Lead. We lead our customers to have a great time while they are snorkeling on vacation. :) Take a look at our Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and other social media accounts. I handle web updates & changes to the products, images, etc...

In my spare time, I work @ David Martin Design. Over 15 years experience in developing custom websites, & working with businesses to develop internet marketing solutions that are successful. (www.davidmartindesign.com) --- I offer Website Design, Local Search Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Content Management Systems, Internet Retail, E-Commerce development, Wordpress, and more.

I locked my keys in the car and the lights on yesterday after hurrying to get to a wedding in time. Rather than walking back to my mother-in-law's house (only a short distance away) and missing part of the wedding ceremony, I thought, why don't I call a locksmith? J&S has helped me out before and they have been very easy to work with and very professional. They were there within 10-15 minutes, I gave him my card info over the phone, and they came and unlocked the car and left me a message. I'm VERY happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone who ends up being locked out of their car, house, or needs some assistance. Thanks for the great service!

Thanks to my boss we are getting some Jiffy Treet today. I actually was trying to get him to support the responsible office snack of a veggie tray, but he went with the slightly less healthful Jiffy Treet. I am glad he made the choice.

Thompson Furniture is a great place to go for all sorts of furniture. If you need bedroom furniture, they have lots of mattresses, box springs, beds, night stands, you name it... Dining room tables, sofas, and much more. What really sets Thompson Furniture apart from other stores is their staff. They are a family owned company and the owners Mark and Betsy are some of the nicest people I have ever met. When you call their business, it's them! How many business owners actually answer their phones nowadays? Very few... Mark and Betsy and the rest of the staff will make sure that your furniture and furnishing needs are taken care of.
