"Papa! Wakey wake! Max and Ruby on."
Please do not disturb the Peppa Pig fan.  "Papa! Wakey wake! Max and Ruby on." Those were the first words I heard when I woke up this morning. As I staggered to our living room, The Kid said, "Max and Ruby on!" a few more times. I couldn't figure out why sh...

Collecting my thoughts, or I'm too tired to make any of these ideas a full blog post
Sometimes it is better to just get thoughts out on paper, or in this case, on my blog, even when they are not fully developed. This is one of those times.  Here are some of the random observations I've made lately: Every kid grows differently, and dispropor...

Husband, father, Detroiter, baseball aficianado, Drum and Bass fan, Bourbon enthusiast

Husband, father, blogger, student, Detroiter. All of these are accurate when used to describe me, yet these words only tell part of the story. I've been in political campaign fundraising, non-profit organization fundraising, retail grocery management and straight-commission sales. I volunteer my time with the Maple Valley Memorial Scholarship Foundation.  I am also a member of the BING Institute Emerging Leaders Roundtable.

Now I am a social media coordinator for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.  I've finally finished my final course for my Masters in Training and Development from Oakland University, and look forward to walking across the O'Rena stage in December to celebrate.

Even though Scott Stratton of Unmarketing fame says statements like this don't matter, I feel that I have to say the views and opinions I express here do not reflect that of my employer.
