So the Terminator story has now become a game of time travel escalation further back into history, huh?
This suggests that in order to prevent the first 4 Terminator movies from happening, the robots will now need to kill Sarah Conner earlier in her life. So Ah-nold gets sent back even further to protect Sarah as a young girl. Wouldn't this just continue like hands grasping a baseball bat up the neck until some inevitable starting point?
In fact, why not send a Terminator back several generations (let's say, 1920's) to Sarah's direct ancestor during a time before technology was sophisticated enough to destroy a Terminator? Program the Terminator to execute the mission then hibernate/hide out until the early 1990's, when he should peacefully turn himself over to Dr. Miles Dyson. Dyson will inevitably use the robot to invent the original neural-net processor which then leads to the development of Cyberdyne/Skynet, and ultimately the rise of the robots / Judgment Day. What's so hard about this, robots??

Honored to have +GoPro post my video as their Video of the Day!

Video of the Day!

Just a leisurely stroll....  Photographer David Lerman says, "Angel's Landing at Zion National Park is one of the scariest and narrowest hikes in the U.S. With dropoffs at every turn, some plummeting a few thousand feet straight down, this climb isn't for the faint of heart. But for those willing to face their fears, they're rewarded at the summit (5,790 ft high) with one of the most spectacular views on the planet.

Top iStock contributor gets "Terminated" by Getty

http://seanlockephotography.com/2013/02/11/a-change-in-things/

Wow, what a strange turn of events. One of iStockphoto's top-selling photographers, +Sean Locke, was just given notice by Getty that his "relationship" with them will be terminated within the next month. Basically, they have banned him from the forums, are closing his account on iStockphoto and having him remove all of his images. I know Sean, and he's always been a great voice in the forums on iStock ... the guy who would say what most people were thinking, but were too afraid to actually post it. He's also a crazy good photographer, and just by seeing how many downloads he has so far it makes me wonder how much this is going to cost Getty in the long run.

There have been a lot of unfavorable changes over at iStock (Getty) in the past few years, and while I'm usually pretty quiet about these things I definitely haven't been unaffected. Artists have tried to voice their concerns, dropped their exclusivity, and some have even left altogether. I have no plans on leaving iStock or exclusivity in the near future, mostly because I rely too heavily on it for my income, but I do have to say that it's sad how much of the spirit of the site has faded and withered away. I'm just glad that I no longer rely on iStock for my photography community. :)

Best of luck to you, Sean. I look forward to hearing more about your new journeys in the "independent" world!

JOHN -- I've sent this to several contacts I have at Facebook.  It's been submitted to engineering and PR, and it turns out there are FB employees posting on several internal feeds in the company as well.  I hope they can help you!

This brings to light a real issue about how people's digital assets are addressed when they pass away, so I hope this video can also help many other families out there with similar challenges.  I'm sorry for your loss, and hope you can find peace in the memories you have of your son, in whatever form they come.

You don't often hear about major lawsuits caused by a misunderstanding over an indemnification clause. In fact, it's much more basic misunderstandings or absences of clarity that tend to result in
