Introduction

I was born in Queens, NY and mostly raised in Yorktown Heights with a short but memorable stay in State College, PA. My parents moved to the “country” from Brooklyn, so English is my official second language, after Brooklynese. I have degrees from both Cornell University and SUNY Westchester Community College. I live with my wife, two sons, two dogs and two cats in Scotch Plains, NJ. We’ve lived in New Jersey for 12+ years and are very active in the community and we participate in a number of sports teams, local organizations and volunteer activities. Both of my boys attend the local public schools and my wife is a chiropractor in the area. I coach several little league sports, am a Cub & Boy Scout leader, lifetime member of AEPi Fraternity, and a Brother of Azure Masada #22.

My philosophy is simple: Real Estate is first and foremost about service. It means listening to my clients and communicating clearly. I help my clients weed through all the noise and offer sound unbiased advice so they can make informed decisions. I’m keenly tuned to the pulse of the market so I can help you navigate through it with the up-to- date information. I’ve moved and been relocated multiple times and this personal experience makes me uniquely qualified to help you. I treat my clients exactly how I would want to be treated.

I’ve based my business on open and frequent communication. My clients know that they can count on me from the first meeting all the way through the closing and beyond. I make myself readily available and consistently go above and beyond for every one of my clients, no exceptions. I truly enjoy what I do and take great pride in it.

Birthdays are fun. They are more fun when a friend makes you their awesome homemade cream puffs.

Went to an 80th birthday last night and this was the homemade cake. Believe it or not; it tasted better then it looked.

I didn't get a listing I was hoping for. As a "consolation prize" the homeowner gave me an elliptical machine. Today was better in that I got a different listing and my new client who is a master gardener gave me several plants. Not sure what to make of all this so I'll just roll with it.

Picked up fresh ground horseradish in the lower Eastside. The horseradish is so good and fresh the dude had to wear a gas mask while grinding it.

One of the first steps in Real Estate is to admit that you don't know it all.  The second step is to work with a great team of professionals.  Transactions more much smoother and client are much happier.

If Dr. Seuss Wrote About Real Estate | Coldwell Banker Blue Matter
blog.coldwellbanker.com

The following comes to us from the highly entertaining and intelligent mind of Sean Carpenter who is the director of training for Coldwell B

Our 2 dogs are part of the family, so going away can be stressful for both them and us. Our dogs are use to receiving a lot of attention and being pampered. Frankly, they are spoiled and that seems to work for all of us. The people at K9 Resorts understand that and treated our dogs like we do. They were treated as part of the K9 family while we were away. We've used other kennels before and our dogs always came back to us very stressed. They were exhausted from the experience. When we've picked them up from K9 they were happy it was like they had their own fun vacation. I found their staff to be very friendly, attentive and top-notch. The facility was incredibly clean, well run and there was lots for our dogs to do while they stayed there. To successfully run a business like this where both human and dog are satisfied; is more of a calling then a job. Being run like a "calling" is the way I found K9 to be. Since my dogs have stayed at K9, our family has personally recommended them to numerous friends and neighbors.
