Report: Next Borderlands is Borderlands the Pre-Sequel for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC - http://www.polygon.com/2014/4/7/5589566/borderlands-the-pre-sequel

The next Borderlands game will be called Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel and it is being developed by 2K Australia, according to a report by online retailer GamePointsNow.

Citing exclusive information but not its source, GamePointsNow says the game will be set in the five-year span between the stories of Borderlands and Borderlands 2. The game will be set on Pandora's moon, and the H-shaped base that orbits it, said GamePointsNow, and there will be four new classes of characters, including Fragtrap, a weaponized version of the Claptrap robot.

Not sure what I think, but I'm leaning towards excited. I expect a price drop for the thermostat within a year, and Fadell to branch out and bring google'e connected home idea closer to reality.

Hey guys/gals, I'm looking for someone to take over ownership of the page.  I haven't been active here for a few months, and rarely play BL anymore. If you're interested let me know. Thanks.

Borderlands 3 isn’t being made, but two new Gearbox IP are - http://www.polygon.com/2014/2/14/5411514/borderlands-3-homeworld-new-gearbox-software-games

Despite the phenomenal successes of Borderlands and Borderlands 2, developer Gearbox isn't currently working on a sequel to the endless-weapons action title, CEO and president Randy Pitchford told Polygon.

"We are not working on Borderlands 3," he said during an interview last week. "That is unqualified. We have more to do in the franchise, but no there isn't a Borderlands 3."

And it isn't a question of semantics, that they're working on a sequel that isn't a sequel. Put simply, Gearbox doesn't have time right now to develop a new Borderlands.

They can take longer to develop it, but the thing is - they haven't started yet.

This floating movie theater might just be the coolest place on Earth
news.yahoo.com

Movie theaters are inherently awesome places to be on their own, evoking memories of past big-screen adventures and nights spent eating popc

I was excited to try Harry's because I drive past it all the time, (and its within walking distance from my apartment) so I decided to give it a go right around midnight on a Saturday night. It was empty, which while concerning was not deterring. Harry's has a healthy cocktail menu and has pretty appealing decor. The problem was the whole place came off as crazy pretentious. I mean, just read the description of themselves, its wildly out of touch with what the place is. Defining cool? You can't just say you're cool and expect people to believe it. On the back of the menu, they literally tell you you can't talk to a girl without buying her a shot first, and then she tells the bartender if shes interested in talking to you, who then relays the message back to you. I guess this is some kind of old fashioned, formal, "classy" way of doing things? Its stupid. The cocktails were miserable. I'll probably never go back

I really had a nice time at drinkingbird. Having no expectations when heading in, it turned out to be a great spot to grab cocktails. Drinkingbird also combined the "here just drink this PBR" and "please enjoy your old fashioned" vibes very well, as i felt comfortable ordering up or down. Pool table in the back is a little cramped for space, but overall the bar was great and exceeded my expectations!

I had walked past this place a bajillion times and never even noticed, then all of the sudden, bam there it was. It reminded me a lot of Le Pain (on Sheffield and Armitage). Very basic, minimal interior design, nice inside light, fresh ingredients and great bread. The turkey sandwich was very tasty, as was the side salad it came with. Seating upstairs is quieter and roomy.

I had a pretty good time here, and B&L has a decent selection of beer to choose from. The interior is pretty nice, and they do a good job cultivating a cabin-esque feel with fireplaces and wood furniture. I only saw 1 TV and it was off, which was refreshing, and made for a more conversation driven bar experience. Beers were a little pricey (not overpriced though), but you should expect that when you go to a place like this.

I've taken shoes here a good number of times over the years. Shoes that needed a shine, a new heel, shoes with salt damage, whatever. John always does a great job. Quick turn around and well priced. Owner & wife are very friendly!

When the waiter said "Nobody has ever finished their plate" I kinda rolled my eyes and thought whatever pal, but after having eaten there I think I believe him now... HUGE portions of heavy food. Chicken is great, stray at your own caution. My buddy got the burger ant it was really no good. Too big, too messy, not tasty. I got the chicken benedict which was delicious, as (according to the others at the table) chicken hash, and chicken and waffles. Would be 4 stars but for some reason you can not get a side of meatloaf, which is ridiculous.

I really wanted to like Athenian room, since I go to Glascotts quite a bit and the place always looks crowded, but it really let me down. The menu was pretty thin, and less Greek than I was expecting. Everything we ordered was sitting in a pool of oil, so the pitas and fries were just soaked. The dishes were pretty average, and nothing I couldn't get from some dingy gyro/burger/dog place. My sister had a nice hair in her gyro. I wont be going back. 2 stars because the interior is nice and the staff was friendly.
