My hope is that one day we'll see the benefits of being Vegan as a step forward in humanity.
Becoming a Vegan, after 36 years of animal food, hasn't been as hard as I initially thought. I just take it one day & meal at a time. Felt Better even after only a few weeks of eating veggies and natural proteins (beans & soy). I still workout with weights and exercise, but now I have more energy and vitality during a workout. I feel like I've been lied to my whole life about food and the reason I had high blood pressure and cholesterol. Time to start telling the truth and fight the system that is slowly killing us.
