Welcome back from Valentine's Day, our annual blistering heckhole of heart-ouchiness! Nurse your lubz hangover with my BRAND NEW MUSIC VIDEO, which could not be more appropriate to that topic.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l94vkqJIdbE
The song is Mornings Come And Go, from my fairy tales album Question Bedtime. Patrick Rothfuss did a post on it when he debuted the video this morning: http://blog.patrickrothfuss.com/2016/02/question-bedtime-mornings-come-and-go/
Everyone's favorite Alaskan chanteuse Marian Call sings the hook. The video's directed by Cheyenne Picardo (Remedy) and stars Hye Yun Park (Hey Yun - the Web Series), Bob The Drag Queen (RuPaul's Drag Race), and actress Melissa Roth.
The fairy tale is The Mastermaid, which Ms. Picardo decided to present as a remake of Some Kind of Wonderful. She then re-spun that as an online dating nightmare in Brooklyn. LAYERS! You'll want to watch it about fifteen times so you can soak it all up.
And you can read the original right here: http://www.pitt.edu/~dash/norway120.html
Please share this around so that everyone can enjoy the video's heartwarming message about dying miserable and alone!
