#Psiphon   bypasses local carrier billing systems instead of censorship

I've tried this and it works, can anyone else try it and see for themselves?
Psiphon continues to work even now, allowing users to browse the Web without load with the use of their tablets or smartphones. But all of this may soon come to an end.

This newly-launched NVIDIA Tegra Note 7 from local electronics retailer Cherry Mobile looks... different. Any idea why?

This sounds great at first but when you read through it you'll realize it's actually a useless bill. It's like schools requiring OSA registration for anyone who wants to post flyers on campus billboards. It will still be possible to send out mass texts without NTC registration just like it's possible to put up flyers without getting OSA approval. No consequences.
A proposed legislation that seeks to advance the privacy rights of consumers by shielding them from unwanted mobile phone calls and text messages is making progress in Congress.

Surely I can't be the only one looking forward to this. In fact, I'm going to get myself one of those compatible devices where it's already been ported to test it out myself way before the official launch. Firefox OS here I come!

Firefox OS on everything? Why not, says Mozilla.

The Firefox OS tablet is real, and it’s here, at least in pre-retail form as seen in the Foxconn booth at this year’s Computex expo in Taipei, Taiwan.

+David Gonzales: Acer gave us this 1-minute teaser video for a glimpse of what's in store for us during Computex 2013. It plans to launch at least two new devices, one a tablet, and another that we think could be an updated version of the Aspire S7. Check it out and tell us what you think.

Introduction
Every time I try to leave, something keeps pulling me back to the world of gadgets! And now I'm here to read and watch and write and talk all about them. So don't you try and stop me!

Background

My fascination with technology started when I was a kid. My memories are filled with all sorts of images, sounds, and words that many geeks of today would probably consider nostalgic. I was never really on the bleeding edge, by any means, but I was exposed to technology and I definitely enjoyed it.

Remember the Turbo button? How about the letters VHS, the phrase Insert Coin, or the sound a Windows XP computer coming to life? I never thought about it, but these things were always like home to me. I felt at ease when handling electronic devices and I spent a lot of time with computers, game consoles, and arcade machines.

It wasn't until one day in 2008 when I found a used copy of T3 Magazine in a trash bin that I started to look more into consumer electronics. Eventually, I would start writing about them in various online publications, and now I'm even running one myself.

It's been more than five years now and things just keep getting better and better. Join me as I follow the latest happenings in the world of consumer electronics and technology.
