SUV v. pedestrian collisions are hard to survive for a number of reasons. The height of these vehicles makes it less likely a #pedestrian will be thrown clear and more likely that a victim will be run over. The weight of a truck or SUV can also create a greater force at moment of impact, even at lower speeds. A #WestPalmBeach car accident #lawyer discusses the impact a crash can have on your life.

#Florida had the third-highest proportion of uninsured drivers on the roads; only Alaska and Texas fared worse.

Much of the blame for the poor record is being placed on bad roads and infrastructure struggling to keep up with the demands of growth. But that is a convenient argument that takes the responsibility out of the hands of drivers. #Lawyer #CarAccidents #WestPalmBeach

Older drivers have specific needs. As aging affects hearing, vision, and response times, older drivers can find it difficult to keep their driving skills safe and sharp.

New research suggests that changes and improvements in roadway designs and infrastructure can help meet the needs of older drivers. This can help reduce accident rates, prevent injuries and reduce costs to taxpayers and insurance holders.

Here in #Florida, our booming population of retirees and senior drivers can benefit greatly from these simple changes. #Lawyer #Settlement

Wrongful deaths are those caused by the negligence of another party. In medical malpractice alone, nearly 100,000 people pass away. Some deaths are slow, resulting from medical negligence or injuries, and some are instant, such as those in a car accident.

Vaping has been popular among adults for years, but “Juuling” is the new trend teens are getting their hands on-and addicted to. The devices look just like flash drives, but harbor dangerously addictive liquid nicotine.
