I love Dave Arbogast in Troy! I have purchase several cars from this dealer, as have all the family members that I've recommended this dealership to. Buck Buxton is who I work with every time. It's because of his great personality and easy to do business with nature that I continue to frequent this dealership. All the cars have been wonderful quality vehicles, and I've gotten great deals there! Go to Dave Arbogast, ask for Buck, and enjoy the best car buying experience out there!!

This was by far my best car buying experience! No BS no judgement and we were made to feel comfortable, and no one was pushy with us either. Terry was our salesman and he was great. The team made it seem easy as pie for us to get into the vehicle we wanted when we thought it would be impossible! I cannot thank Dave Arbogast enough, I love my new Honda Pilot! :)

I loved buying my first car from Dave Arbogast! My family shops here and has always had very good experiences here. Derek Gambill was our Sales Rep., he made sure that we were looking at cars that we would love, and not just settle for one that I just "needed." His first recommendation was the one I fell in love with and ended up getting. Derek was a great guy, and I definitely had a great time shopping here.

My sales rep, Josh Hatfield is the best sales rep I have had so far. I honestly will only deal with him, I Do not believe I would have a great experience with anyone else outside of him. Many of my family and friends I often recommended to Josh.

We purchased a vehicle at this dealership last year and were very happy with the sales department, however, since that time, their service department has repeatedly handled situations for both warranty and follow up with a complete disregard for customer service. Our vehicle was first returned for a recall on the transmission which took weeks... yes, WEEKS, for repair. I get that this may have been due to factory delays, but when we were finally asked to come pick up our vehicle the first time, the doors would lock and unlock... lock and unlock. The vehicle did not know whether it was in drive or park. We called to find out why we were given back our vehicle before it was properly tested and they suggested we drive the car, in those unsafe conditions, back to the dealership 15 miles away. Red flags went off. We refused, and requested they tow the vehicle. When the tow driver arrived, he attempted to turn the vehicle around for easier hookup and the car would not come out of park. A week later, we were asked to once again come get our car. It was never test drove prior to our arrival AGAIN. We were unable to leave the dealership parking lot when the car failed to go over 2mph and every light in the dash came on with a flashing warning, "FIND A NEW DEALERSHIP! FIND A NEW DEALERSHIP!" What kind of service department takes more than a month to repair a recalled transmission then attempts to return it to the customer untested? Not once, but twice? Only to have it break down in their parking lot? All signs point to Dave Arbogast Buick GMC. The vehicle has been returned multiple times for issues concerning the transmission that they fail to admit exists. Now that the vehicle is out of warranty due to mileage and the transmission which was never properly fixed in the first place continues to experience problems, we were reluctant to return to their service department. However, a continued issue shifting coupled with a service light, prompted us to test the ability of their facility one last time. We were assured that the problems we'd experienced in the past were due to one employee that had since been fired. The vehicle was taken to their service department to have the transmission checked because of the continued problem with the automatic downshifting with increasing force. We were told the problem is unrelated to the transmission, instead because of a hole in an intake hose - a part that I would never have replaced by a dealership as it's a 10 minute fix with a screwdriver and the common sense of a child. The transmission was never inspected. We were charged for diagnostic on a problem that was unrelated to the issue the car was taken to their service department for in the first place. We have a Sonic with issues that a replaced factory transmission thanks to Chevrolet's own recall have failed to fully resolve and a dealership that I'd not feel safe ever returning to with another vehicle, even for an oil change. I'd recommend their service department only if you have recently won the lottery, have more money than you know what to do with and would like the sheer entertainment of watching their staff fumble through the repair process with the expertise of a toddler. Sales department was great though. Too bad, we'd never buy another vehicle from a dealership whose service department fails to support their products.
