Marlen Caduff is the reason that I am writing reviews about Tampa massage therapists; Elena, owner of Urban Zen Bodyworks being my latest with a couple more to go.

Marlen began massage therapy on me in 2009. A couple of years later she suggested for a change, I see Ronda another woman in her practice. Then it was Elena and then Heather. You know how careful a Mom is in selecting someone to watch her child? That's exactly how I felt with Marlen. And she was right. Each of these therapists, who are now my dear friends, treated my condition perfectly.

Marlen sold Swiss Spirit Massage to Ronda and her business partner Susan. Next up on Marlen's life path is relocating to an area of the country where there are mountains and four seasons. This inspiring sense of place is rooted in her Motherland Switzerland.

Here's how strong of an impact that Marlen has had on my life. Aside from how my spirit's grown, I still feel pieces of her in the people I've met because of her. There's a trait worth aspiring to!

"How long would it take?" That thought went through my mind when Carli slammed home that fifty plus yard goal. Here's my answer.
Soccer star Carli Lloyd has signed a deal with Visa just before her hat trick in the World Cup.

Caring, professional, knowledgeable, balanced, powerful and smart businesswoman. Those are the first words that come to mind when I think of Elena, owner of Urban Zen Bodywork.

I spent quite a bit of time looking for the right massage therapist. Although I would explain my physical condition, it seemed I always received a cookie cutter type of massage. Not what I needed but what the masseuse knew how to do.

Not the case with Elena. She took the time to listen to what I had to say and then she listened to what my body had to say. From there it was, and still is, adjust, modify, listen, learn and repeat.

I'm taking the time to write about Elena and her work here and in a few other online sites because I so strongly believe in her, her practice and her business. She is an absolute treasure!
At Urban Zen Bodywork of Tampa, we strive to offer the most effective massage possible, providing a very customized session with each and every visit. We specialize in offering DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

So I'm up at the park taking some pics and spot this sign. While I appreciate the ranger's concern here, quite frankly I'd been on the lookout for the fast bikes entering the roadway.

If you were to open up my soul and look inside, you'd find this quote seared, and I'm talkin' imprint to infinity, on its load-bearing walls.

Of course stuff that takes your soul's breath away usually is relative to what's going on in your life at that moment. When I first read Po's article in Fast Co in 2003, I was at a point of distress starting to hit every Sunday afternoon and erupt into a full blown gut wrenching blow up every Monday. In other words it wasn't even a faint whisper of crap that plunged me into a canyon of nausea, it was just thinking about it.

"He puts up with a lot of bureaucrap, but he says that avoiding crap shouldn't be the objective in finding the right work. The right question is, How can I find something that moves my heart, so that the inevitable crap storm is bearable?"

It might not be MBA-ish or scientific or eloquent or something you'd find in What Color is Your Parachute?, the ultimate career roadmap, but for me, Joe's quote is the platinum barometer for: should I stay or should I go now?
The real meaning of success and how to find it.

Wonder if book number one on this list doesn't just flat out nail the average 800CEO Reader? And by that I mean people who want to read what Mr Welch has to say.

Introduction
My Story will continue to change based upon current projects. Right now I have two:

Education
  • iAutodidact U
    Business / Human Relations, 1981 - present
I am afflicted with passionate curiosity. My only relief from this wonderful disease is to learn (or at least try). My primary mode of learning is to read. My books are not only my friends, but tactile confidants placed in my possession to physically engage with (I mark em up). The Internet opened up a new field of play and place of therapy. Furthermore I am addicted to magazines and journals. The time that I've invested in self study easily transcends four bachelor degrees.
  • Cuyahoga Community College
    Business, 1976 - 1989

My body requires therapeutic massage and that's exactly what Elena delivers. Sometimes it's power and sometimes it's finesse but it's always what I need. The reason that I return to Elena is not only her professional knowledge but also because she cares. She cares about my health and well being. On a side note, I am absolutely infatuated with the passion Elena is putting into, and how she's going about building her business.
