The movie isn’t even out in theaters as I’m writing this, but over 12,000 people have made their judgment. Male reviewers outnumber female reviewers nearly 5 to 1 and rate “Ghostbusters” 4 points lower, on average.
“Ghostbusters,” a revival of the 1984 original, hits theaters nationwide on Friday. As a reboot of a beloved, male-led science fiction film from the 1980s with a female-led cast, the reboot has pro…

It's time to stop the insanity. Here's why open-plan offices are a complete failure, and why you'll benefit from getting rid of them.

Before doing this it would precariously balance on the handles of the amps. Much better now.

Today I built a little enclosure for the GX-700 so it can go either under the .50 cal+ or on the AVT-150. Not as "Homer's Spice Rack" as I feared.

An obstacle!

Thankfully with my 80s gaming experience I knew how to time the sprinkler and hop across the rocks without getting wet.

From my gaming experience, I'd miss the step and slip into the 10cm deep water and then respawn back where I started. After a few attempts I would rage quit.

This is a great comic about the brilliant Margaret Hamilton.
This is the story of Margaret Hamilton, one of the world's first software engineers. Her team's code saved the Apollo 11 mission on July 20, 1969.

Google play music / YouTube red are total keepers for me. The music sub alone is worth it because I play it nearly all day at work, so adding YouTube red into the mix is a bonus.

I watch a lot of YouTube so removing the ads is convenient. It's mostly for watching science shows with Lincoln, and music.

A new app comes with YouTube red, YouTube music. I'm enjoying it so far - by default it knows what I like. For some reason it has jazz missing even though I often play it. Maybe I don't listen to it as often as I think, but it displays stations for hip-hop and pop, which is never played.

The interface is cut down to focus on the music and when paired to the PlayStation will play the videos on the tv just as in the YouTube app.

An interesting feature is "explore" which shows different versions of the same song, plus related content, all of which I find better than in the YouTube app.

A weird "feature" is when selecting a station, it starts the same songs over again. Pulling down seems to refresh it, but often comes up with the same material.

On a similar note to the above, the music the app plays me is frequently songs I've already liked or recently played.

Hopefully they'll fix the little problems it has, but it's still an excellent service.

I'm waiting patiently in Denmark. But we're a small market so we're usually on the last leg of Google's product rollouts.
