Been with Pedalhead since their second year in Edmonton. 1997ish. Fantastic. Moved to Calgary just after the Calgary store opened 1999. They stand behind their gear. If I have an issue with them it's that they try and fix something when I just want to replace it. I love that they try to save me money, but I kill stuff so I normally prefer to replace it. They really do seek out the best option. No other store has the personal service that Pedalhead does.
