Great example. Note: current need Sencha Touch 2.0.0 to work through example.

Ok, attention product managers. I'm tired of lame "code names" and such for your products. I don't want cute naming animals or stupid numbers that don't make any sense. If you want to catch someone's attention, try naming your product something fun. For an example, as we head into summer, check out this fireworks company. Some of these names would be pretty funny release code names.

To kick things off from a discussion standpoint, has anyone read Making Ideas Happen? I've found a lot of the ideas here very good from an ad hoc team perspective.
This book chronicles the methods of exceptionally productive creative leaders and teams – companies like Google, IDEO, and Disney, and individuals like author Chris Anderson and Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh – that make their ideas happen, time and time again.

Making Ideas Happen is written in short chapters, so you and quickly read a topic and then move on later. I found that it was a longer read because I had to think about each idea before moving on to the next, but very good stuff.

Jacque Fresco's stuff is amazing. I've watched interviews with the guy and he is a pretty amazing character. He's been a "futurist" and "environmental advocate" long before it was cool. Further, he didn't just talk about it, he designed the future as best he could to benefit mankind. Cool stuff.

Ok, so I'm going to try to move over to G+ a lot more. I have more connections setup on FB, but there enough cool features here to try out that I can't ignore it, and hey... my phone already supports them all. So, here we go.
