To kick off 2014, Gerald has taken it upon himself to review the 2012 feature film 009 Re: Cyborg. We also delve into an oft-repeated discussion of modern anime regarding its hierarchy relative to other special interest media.
Other things to remember: for the next 48 hours it's $20 to pre-order Metal Gear Rising for the PC. Includes all DLC and adds a Boss Rush mode (all games should have that now). I'm pretty sure Platinum develops things on PC architecture in the first place, and it's got PC graphics customization options (AA, etc) so I doubt it'll be a "bad port":
wow. I dunno how to feel about this. I mean, I feel like justice has been in some way served by a guilty plea, but I don't know if this addresses sufficiently the whole "I'll just ignore the court's orders and do whatever I want wherever I want with whoever I want" thing he had going on in Connecticut.
This Thanksgiving, be thankful for the Japanese movie career of Abdullah the Butcher. I can't believe this clip wasn't on Youtube until I posted it. The later scene where he pushes over the milk cartons to fight off the bad guys was, but this one has more Japanese ladies in bikinis.
No more excuses!. For the next 47 hours these games are free. Fallout and Fallout 2 are both some of my all-time favorites. Fallout Tactics was a bit of a step back as it was more combat-focused and the AI basically broke if you tried to play using the turn-based option. But hey, I paid full price for these things once upon a time! You don't know how good you got it.
The monitor screen is my world. Though my mind may be falling apart, my memories and knowledge may be fading away, perhaps if I become one with the monitor long enough, the numbers will all add up. Perhaps then I could turn this around...that is, if the very thing that's kept me alive until now doesn't kill me first.
I seek the resolution of conflict through the application of violence.
