Woah, that's cool. mint.com changed their UI to be based on html instead of flash/flex.

I heart my XBMC. I wish I could run the latest versions on my old xbox.

The first few drinks of our homebrewed tripel was rough and sour. Now that I'm at the bottom of the bomber I'm savoring the complexities of it. Hoping that some of that is the style of the beer and not just the high alcohol content.

A friend of mine showed up to board game night last night with this game. "Dude, what the hell? You brought a game called 'Love Letter'?" As it turns out, this game is simple, fast, very social and lots of fun. I'm getting a copy now, too.

The challenge now will be convincing other people they want to play this game.

So about Web vs Native ... (I didn't come up with the title or artwork :) But I did write this.)

At #io13 when I explained some of my frustrations with mobile web apps, someone I greatly respect, who like me is a big believer in the web's potential, urged me to go ahead and outline current gaps.

I wrote this because the devil is in the detail and browser manufacturers + standards writers don't always see how their decisions go against users and developers. It's understandable; it's hard work they do and necessarily iterative.

I hope this and other reports based on real world experience can be used to close the feedback loop, helping to inform the evolution of the mobile web over the next few years.

Got my new Android ADK board that I ordered. Its tiny! Also in hindsight I should have ordered a breadboard, a power cord, and at least a few wires and resistors.
