Just had our fridge fixed by City Wide. Overall, great experience.
Only downside: tried to book using their online registration system, received a confirmation that my registration was received but they never got it on their end.
Followed up with a call a few days later, got an appointment booked for the next business day. Serviceman who came over was polite and informative, got the problem fixed in a timely manner and for a good price.
