Naked tree
I liked the shape and textures of this tree, agains the red rock background. Seen in Sedona, AZ.

Magnificent Machu Picchu

This is a slightly less frequent view of the ruins, where one can see the quarry - where the tumbled stones are, to the left of the center - where the stones used to build all the buildings were cut.

Sharing a list of your albums on Google Photos?
Yesterday I wanted to send the link to the list of all my (public) albums in Google Photos. After poking around for a good time, I came to the conclusion it is not possible. You can only share individual albums, but not the whole list, as you used to be able to do.
Has anyone found a way to do it?

Yes, I'm aware of Picasa, and that's what I shared with my friend. But the interface is really ugly, and would prefer the new Google Photos interface.
I have also found a way to get the old (individual) album interface in Google+, which allows you to edit the metadata, including geo tagging.
1. Go to your profile page, click on Photos
2. Scroll down to the album of interest, and note the URL that appears when you hover over the album name.
3. Copy the numbers after the last slash in the URL. That's the album id in the old interface
4. Navigate to the url https://plus.google.com/photos/<your Google id>/albums/<copied numbers>
5. Voilá, you get the old interface for that album.

Btw, you can hide those automatically generated albums from your profile page, just click on the down arrow at the top right of the album, and choose "hide from highlights"

We ended up going to Mesa Verde because it has more buildings and both were closed for hiking down. It was great. There's still many more places to visit. Just wait to see the photos when I start processing them next week... +Margaret Warren

* Lower Antelope Canyon*
The exit is so narrow you wouldn't believe a person can fit in there. Our guide told us that some people freak out and don't want to go in this way.

+Kevin Connolly I tell people all of the time that what they see now is but a small piece of what was a much larger complex. It's truly amazing how big that operation was when it was built. I took a photo of what was labeled Building 158. That is a true indication of what was once there.

Story
Tagline
I am an avid photographer. I'm also a computer science professor at PUC, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Introduction
I've been an avid photographer for the past 35 years. I like photographing things around me that go unnoticed by most people, sometimes making interesting abstractions. I like minimalism, reflections, and geometric patterns, especially spirals. I love light and shadow play.
And I enjoy doing post-processing in PS, which I see as the modern day darkroom.
Most of my work is related to travel photography.

I went there on a rainy Thursday afternoon, there were only two other tables being served. The menu has unusual dishes prepared with fresh local ingredients. I had great eggplant ravioloni you could tell had been freshly handmade, with delicate dough. My secondo was a super soft pork filet
