When using Astonishing Comic Reader on Chrome, is there any difference between using the installed Chrome app and using the web app? Or is the Chrome app just the web app in its own window rather than a tab?

Hi Daniel. It's indeed the same app. The Chrome app is here to help Chromebook users finding it :)

I'm six degrees from both kevin bacon and someone who's been snoped. Interfame first, then come the internet and esports monies mwahahhaha!

I've been SNOPED!!!

It is such a great feeling to know that my photos and the article that I spent so many hours pouring through research to write, stood up to a skeptical inquiry from Snopes. I am SO proud!!! :D
An intriguing image of breast milk under high magnification shows it to be glittery gold in appearance.

A few days ago my bookmarks manager updated to the new interface. I really liked working with it. Then a few days later it went away. Is there a flag I need to turn on to re-enable it or something?

In our society we get to see a lot of wisdom and what passes for wisdom posted across a ton of social media sites every day, Not all of it is garbage. But why is it so much harder to live these things than to post/share them? I've seen social media studies ...

I love that Google Photos is now its own thing. And I'm re-visiting Google+ as more of a news and information curator.

Introduction
“If little else, the brain is an educational toy. The problem with possessing such an engaging toy is that other people want to play with it, too. Sometime they'd rather play with yours than theirs. Or they object if you play with yours in a different manner from the way they play with theirs. The result is, a few games out of a toy department of possibilities are universally and endlessly repeated. If you don't play some people's game, they say that you have 'lost your marbles,' not recognizing that, while Chinese checkers is indeed a fine pastime, a person may also play dominoes, chess, strip poker, tiddlywinks, drop-the-soap or Russian roulette with his brain.”

Last week I had a strange dream, one of those dreams that you wake from feeling like it meant something even if you don't know what the hell

Great brunch place. Prepare to nap afterwards. It's a "food coma" kind of place.

Good place to get some coffee or a chai. The crepes are excellent. Love it when they've got a DJ on the patio.
