To represent the cities’ reunification, El Paso and Ciudad Juarez will host the ‘2015 Run International: the U.S.-Mexico 10K’ race.
From a lookout atop the end of the Franklin Mountains in far west Texas, the cities of El Paso and Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, seem to blend into one huge metropolis, the narrow Rio Grande River doubling as the boundary between two countries.

Recent studies look at the growing the lack of Latino presence in films, TV, and news. The findings may annoy you.

Three in four Latinos say they have a negative view of Donald Trump, and more than half believe that his comments about Mexican immigrants were racist and inappropriate
More than half believe that his comments about Mexican immigrants were "insulting and racist."

Nhiem Hoang for National Geographic's Photo of the Day
Floating Season

“During the floating season on the Mekong Delta, wild water lilies grow in the rice fields now covered by water,” writes Your Shot member Nhiem Hoang. “They become a traditional food, processed into special dishes such as salad and sour soup with fish.” Hoang travels to the region each year to photograph what many consider its most beautiful season. “I saw this situation happening from the road while riding my motorbike alongside the Vinh Te Canal. I was lucky that day because it had just stopped raining and the woman and her boat appeared in the right place. First I used a telephoto lens but felt dissatisfied, so I tried to cross a muddy yard to fill the action using my superwide 16mm, with different shooting angles from high to low. Finally, I got the shot I expected."

Yes, but as long as I get to wear my sombrero while doing it as I say "Hey! sabes que? Jure lucky I came over the border when I did, or you'd be all quemado cabron!"

Would you try to help/save him?

To the person who said this isn't a Mexican restaurant they're right. This is a NEW MEXICAN restaurant! Great food and considerate. They took great care of my girlfriend's allergy concerns and explained all the ingredients to her. The margaritas aren't bad either.

Great staff. Treats Hilton Honors guests well. Full breakfast option for Hilton Honors instead of points. Love staying here.

The drinks were good. The food service was miserable. Our food was served cold. They took it back, but brought the same cold food back. Manager was oblivious. They took food off the bill.

Beautiful hotel, expensive stay. Hilton Honors "Gold" Members don't get a free buffet (read below for update), you have to be a "Diamond". But hey, we get a grab bag where the only health food in there is an apple. Fairly disappointed. Seems that anyone with any status from silver on up, who has used their time and money to go out of their way to book at a preferred set of hotels, shouldn't have to get a to-go bag as Hilton's form of "appreciation". If you want to be appreciated more for your Hilton Honors membership, the Hilton San Francisco Financial District will give free breakfast buffet. On Edit: They sure take care of it in a jiffy. They comped me breakfast for the remainder of the stay, now that was fast! Very happy about that. I upgraded my review to 4 stars for being so responsive. I hope that they make this standard policy and not just for me. I am coming back next week, don't tell them. If they changed policy I will give it 5 stars. :) On Edit: Still they don't give buffet to gold honors. Disappointed. You have to go to the "continental shelf" where you must receive your meager helpings. I had to cajole them for an actual breakfast. Otherwise good hotel.

Delicious pizza. Very delicious. Not very attentive wait staff. Had to flag down waiter for beer and bill. Good atmosphere.

Best food you probably will ever eat, but Google says $$ for price, and it is nowhere near that. It is a $$$$$ restaurant. I spent 120.00 on myself alone. Worth it in your lifetime.
