Been with EE/T-Mobile for over 5 years. As soon as my contract ends I'm off. BT are terrible.

Nice location in Hollywood just around the corner from the famous star walk, plus loads of restaurants, shops and access to the bus tours. My 2 main issues are with location and internet. On checking the Loews site and speaking to taxi drivers it was suggested the cab from LAX to here was about $50-$55, however with little to no traffic this cost me $75, a good $20 more than I expected, and thats without a tip. My best tip if staying here is to book the SuperShuttle instead, it is not as fast as it collects others in the area too, but at $16 from door to door it is a great money saver. 2nd issue was with the WiFi, and I struggle to call it that, is was more like connecting my laptop wireless to a person who goes out to find information, runs back and types an answer. Slow does not even come close! Websites would take an age to load, booking a SuperShuttle took me near on 5 minutes because the pages load so slow. Forget about watching video, even small YouTube clips take about 5 minutes to buffer a 1 minute clip. Considering the 4 star rating and being in central Hollywood I would have hoped for better internet, the Novotel in Times Sq I just came from had superb WiFi through all 34 floors and great speeds, here however I as good as gave up getting online. Shame as the location is really good, very close to main attractions and about 10 minutes taxi from Universal Studios where the VIP tour is well worth booking, it costs more but I do not regret it one bit. Overall the stay was enjoyable, breakfast was nice and access to a computer room with printer was very handy for printing boarding passes, plus the location was great once in Hollywood itself.

Found this place on a trip to NYC last year so wanted to come back. Now most people I tell think I only come here for one thing, the attractive waitress service but actually the food is nice too. Buffalo Shrimp in Honey BBQ is just AMAZING and the Mushroom Swiss burger makes a great main course, finished off with Key Lime Pie of course. Service is always friendly, good value for money and yes... does help when someone brings to you with a pretty smile. Really pleased to have found this place, just up from my hotel on 52nd so was was to get too.

Love this hotel. Amazing prices for the great stadium view and the executive rooms are so comfy. Great view from the executive lounge in the evenings and a TGI Fridays right next door!
