Went to the store to exchange a plastic service cart that had a broken piece in it. I call ahead the next day to ensure availability, after driving 45 minutes I arrive to a store with zero in stock and a manager who accused me of lying about calling and was overly aggressive. While also refusing to check other stores for item inventory. Nice manager selection harbor frieght, I got away without being attacked by the manager but the next customer may not be so lucky!
