Went there to inquire about their 4K over Kelly Blue Book deal. I stopped by the night before to see if this deal was legit and to get a rough idea about numbers. After sitting down with a sales associate I was told that we were in the same ballpark and the most we could be off is a couple hundred on the whole deal or $10-20 monthly. I brought my wife the next day and that's when all the games started. First they use the absolute lowest KBB number (not what happened the night before), then they say that those minor dings will be thousands of dollars to fix while ignoring the fact that if they spent the money the KBB rating/value of the car will go up. Typical misleading con-artistry from another run of the mill car dealer. Also, the response to this review makes it seem as if the initial party is at fault. My frustration was with how quick the manager could just take down the repair cost, and the fact that they did not take into account that repairs would increase the trade in value. That's what makes it a scam.

I think everyone at Kia is absolutely awesome..The service department was so helpful and explained everything they were doing to my car..The guy(OMG i can't remember his name) at the desk when i picked up my car was kind, courteous, funny, explained everything to me..He was great..Pease forgive me for forgetting your name..Also one of the guys(again, can't remember his name..I''m so sorry) came out to my car to hook up my new cell phone to my bluetooth when he was ready to go home..I appreciated that so much..Unfortuntely, my phone did not have bluetooth, but thank you for trying..I was treated with courtesy from everyone,,Oh, i don't want to leave out Sarah..She is so sweet and helpful..Between the showroom and the whole service department, you have a great team of people..Thank you, Fran DiStabile..

Danbury KIA has been and continues to be an excellent experience ever since we purchased our first Sorrento. We are now on the 3rd generation. The sales and service are both excellent and compare very favorably to the Ford, GM, Mercedes and Bentley experiences we've had! Long may they keep us this high standard!

Not what it used to be. The service dept has really stepped backwards in my opinion. I have been going here since I bought my Koup from them in 2010 and for the first couple years the service was great! Lately however, the service has been less than stellar. Small things forgotten such as, washer fluid, reminder sticker etc. They change service writers frequently and you do not get the opportunity to build a relationship with the people you are handing over you car. Yesterday I called and spoke with Julio (another new service writer) and made an appt for a regular service and brake pad replacement. I've been told previously that the brakes were getting close and needed to be replaced soon. I wanted them done before I left on a vacation where I would be driving 12 hours. They called me saying the brakes system had water in it and needed to be flushed so I said OK. When I picked up the car, the washer fluid was empty once again, frustrating but not a huge deal. I went in and they sent someone out to fill it. My concern was if the basics are not checked what else was missed? Got in the car started driving and noticed the sticker had not been changed, so I called and was told they did not change the oil!!!!! C'mon guys the car was due, you were told and you still didn't do it! Also have a front end shake at 60mph that wasn't there before. It's extremely disappointing since I used to brag about how good my service dept. was.

Danbury Kia's service department provided me with excellent service, My service rep. Julio was knowledgeable, and sincerely concerned about my needs I felt very confident having D K working on my car. I have used other Kia in the area I will only trust my car to D K although it's a longer drive. Thanks Julio and the entire D K team.

The staff at Danbury KIA is always professional, courteous and "no pressure." And their manager, Joe is the best! Even though I live in the Bronx, I went all the way up there to buy my car and I continue to have it serviced there. I tell everyone I know to make the trip to Danbury KIA.
