Introduction

I oversee sales & business development in Canada across all channels of trade.  Additionally, I manage all online accounts and e-commerce sales operations.

I enjoy traveling, reading, personal development, DIY projects, spending time with my wife and son, good wine, the occasional cigar, and my 3 year-old Schnauzer-mix named Jerry.

A haircut is like therapy for me. Some people pay $150 for a shrink, whereas the clean feeling of a good haircut does the trick for me (and saves me a fortune). However, it's only relaxing if I can trust the person holding the blades and know that I'll be happy with the outcome. Out of 15-20 places I've had a haircut in my lifetime, there are only 3 that I recommend. I'm pretty harsh. Kenny at SS understood exactly what I was looking for on my first visit. It's a great personable group there and they are always staffed appropriately. If you are not picky about who cuts your hair there is rarely a wait. Even better, if you prefer to see someone specific they have the courtesy to let you know if there are others ahead of you so you can estimate the wait time or return later. They don't overlook those little details that improve the overall experience. As another review mentioned, the straightedge razor for sideburns and neck are a lost art at most barber shops. The space is clean and offers plenty of seating. Prices are very reasonable for the service quality and the staff clearly appreciates their loyal customers. What more can you ask for? The Agawam Diner was the only thing that could get me out of bed early in high school. Expectations were high when I stopped at the A-D for the first time in almost 10 years and it did not disappoint. The chicken pie (think upside down chicken pot pie with no crust over the top) is phenomenal. When I think 'comfort food' this is exactly what I have in mind. Quick & friendly service, generous portions, and great prices. Two meals and 2 fountain drinks came to $24, including 20% tip - how can you beat that? My only regret is not trying one of the desserts that filled the display case behind the counter. The Boston cream pie practically had me drooling, but I was stuffed after our meal. Guess I'll just need to visit again! The A-D is a traditional lunch wagon diner. If you're looking for a spacious, renovated restaurant with gourmet cuisine and a quiet environment, this is not the spot for you. If you enjoy home-style cooking and a good bang for your buck, the Agawam Diner is second to none!

Exceptional customer service will always distinguish a business from its competitors. Last year when we adopted our puppy, Jerry, it was convenient for us to stop at the PetSmart or Petco. Both are only a few miles up the street and we knew that's where we would find the lowest prices. Worldly Pets is the local pet store in Marblehead. Our dog walker recommended a specific brand of dog food that most stores don't stock. My wife and I stopped by the store to check out the food and I was immediately taken back by the expertise and exceptional customer service. We walked away with extremely generous free samples for each flavor of the new food. Our instructions were simple: "If he likes the food, I'll be here and I'm not going anywhere so you can always purchase the bigger bag once you know Jerry will eat it." We did go back to purchase the larger bag and we'll continue to use Worldly Pets for all our future needs. You can't beat the service, genuine interest, and feeling good knowing that you're supporting a local small business.

A haircut is like therapy for me. Some people pay $150/hr to speak with a shrink, whereas I prefer to get a haircut, relax, and feel free afterwards. For 5 years I used to leave work once every 3 weeks and drive 30+ minutes to Westford just to have Nancy cut my hair. The atmosphere is relaxing, staff is exceptional, and service was amazing. I've heard people say that they want someone who "knows their hair". The stylists at Elite listen to your ideas, offer practical suggestions, and will work with you to achieve the look you desire. When we moved north of Boston it was difficult to accept that that drive was too much. I may sound too passionate about a haircut, but if you've ever experienced a bad cut then you can appreciate my feelings regarding Elite Hair Design!

One of my favorite spots for a quick bite in Marblehead. Try the buffalo chicken pizza - it's my guilty pleasure and Cafe Vesuvius has the best in town! The wait is almost always reasonable and we've never had a bad meal there. I've heard others say it's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Hard to go wrong at Cafe Vesuvius.
