That was a great video. So "バーゲン" is only used for a winter or summer sale? No just to mean a good deal in the general sense? Thank you again your videos are awesome.

Real quick research says that the Labor Standards Act of 1947 you must give 30 days written notice. I would contact a (Japanese) lawyer and a simple letter from the lawyer should do it. As a matter of fact, I would not be surprised if just "telling" them you are contacting a lawyer at the very least doesn't get you some type of positive response from them. Good Luck and keep fighting the good fight!

Exactly as I was thinking! They are using the dumb foreigner tactic, get a Lawyer and you will see things change, usually a simple consult and business card will make riff raff like this school stop their immoral and illegal tactics, because if they continue, they can get into serious trouble.
