My car looked like new and they did it quickly.. I may have waited 15 minutes tops. All for under $20.

We got these guys after a small flood in our basement, they showed up quickly to rip up the floor and bring in equipment to dry everything. Then they left us for a month with cement floors, everything downstairs smelled like mildew. They wouldn't return calls and gave us no communication of when they would return. We called our insurance company and asked if we could switch companies. All of a sudden a new project manager was hired and our hope renewed, he vowed to fix everything and people started showing up again to do work. The floors were put down and things were looking good. Then we lost communication again, I guess there was more turnover so we were stuck waiting again. Finally someone is dispatched to finish the job after another month passes. He does an amazing job and we think all is well again. After he leaves someone comes over to go over the job and make sure we are happy. We point out a couple of spots where the dry wall was cracked (from ripping out the trim) and asked if that could be patched up. Nothing happens for a few months. More people leave the company. Someone finally contacts us to see if we are satisfied with the job, we mention the couple of rough spots and they let us know someone will be coming to fix them. Nothing for another month. We've had too many no-shows that I can't even keep track, we've gone through so many different people coming into our house. I have no clue how this company is still around. Our flood was in May, it's now November and we're still waiting for them to finish. I will never use these guys again even if it was free.

I've been to this place several times now and the food is always amazing. I do wish they had tuna sashimi and black dragon rolls but they have enough selection that I can always try something new and enjoy a few of my favourites.

I had the wings with a side of poutine. The wings were good, which is hard to judge since there are so many good wing places in the Sault. The poutine was the best I've had in the Sault so far despite it using shredded cheese instead of curds. My girlfriend had the chicken parm with penne and didn't enjoy it at all. I tried the penne for myself and agreed that it was dry and bland. The chicken was good but small.

So far I've tried their speciality burger (West Side Burger maybe?) and the hungry man breakfast. Both meals were excellent. I did find it a little pricey for a dinner. Burger was something like $12 and the breakfast was $10 even though I didn't want the toast.

It's a nice store with nice merchandise but I had a problem with an item and am unsure if it's been fixed. I purchased a store brand sleeping bag that was regularly priced for $79.99 but was on sale for $54.99 (or something like that). When I got to the check-out the full price of $79.99 came up. I inquired as to if I had to proper sleeping bag because I had pulled it from a bin with the latter price. They corrected it and charged me $54.99 plus tax. I'm just wondering how many people paid full price?
