This is a very well done family ran burger and shake restaurant. Thick eat with a spoon shakes of lots of flavors. A train runs around the ceiling and the theme of the place celebrates the old Heber Valley steam railroad nearby. Gluten free options even for kids. Lots of menu options and well staffed. Clean bathrooms. Probably one of the best choices in Heber City and worth the drive from Park City.

Good burgers and shakes! Fun environment. My son loves to go there and see the train. They have a fun train table and Lego table for the kids to play on. We go there everytime we plan a trip to Heber.

This was great fun for the kids, good food, and a train circles the top of the dining area. The staff is friendly. The only downside was the tables were a but dirty, but it was also super busy.

Absolutely amazing service. I was here during "Swiss days" and the place was packed. They took my order in under 10 minutes and had my food in under 20. For the sheer number of people in the place that was very fast. Unfortunately the food wasn't anything to remember. Usually fast food burger. The strawberry shake was quite delicious though.

This restaurant has many great features. We were passing through Heber city for fun and decided to stop because my son loves trains. They have a model train that does laps around the edge of the ceiling. They also have many other little train themed gimmicks, like train seats in their out door seating area and a Harry Potter train model in the back seating area. Trains aside, the food and service were also superb. Despite the fact that we came when it appeared half of the town of Heber was there for food, our service was very quick. They have pagers to let you know when you food is ready, and the shake and burgers were excellent. I would recommend this restaurant.

Rude staff. Didn't give me my shake, then wanted to tell me they didn't, even though I had already paid for it because I had poured water out my window so they would apply that $$$ towaed clean up. And I hadnt poured anything out my window. THEY had told me to pull up and park there to wait for my food. VERY DISAPPOINTING! !!!

We ate here on a Tuesday evening at about 6:30. The place was packed. It was full of families. I ordered the Ranch Burger and a mint shake. My wife ordered the Philly Cheesesteak (on special that day). My burger was good, though far from gourmet, but much better than McDonald's or Wendy's. I ate a bite of the Philly Cheesesteak and it was very good. The mint shake was pretty yummy too. Nice and thick, not too overwhelming with mint. The restaurant is cute, with a train theme. They have a model train running around the ceiling. I am not quite sure how Dairy Keen relates to trains, but whatever. All the employees wear a train engineer hat.

This place is super famous to Heber and most people have an emotional connection with this place... That being said, I think the food here is sub-par at best and it is always pretty crowded. I would only give it two stars if it weren't for the cute little train that goes around the ceiling of the place.

In Honor of our Mother, Grandmother, and Friend, the Dairy Keen will be closed today, Sept. 29, for her Funeral. We are so very grateful for the caring love and support that has been shown to our family throughout this difficult time!
