I'I just don't understand all this fuss about getting old. I feel really smashing for my age.My health is good. The only thing is I have recently started using a walking stick - but I can still go like the clappers.'
It is a wonder that he still lives having smoked for so long. But smoking or drinking  are hardly  healthy tips!. Hahaha

Maybe if something makes you happy it;s good for you?

Smoke-nicotine- still kills with cancer, etc +Jamie Smith . Waste of money, smelly, tinted theet, bad example to your children, etc etc. Addictive.

Filthy and sickening!. The article presumably was going to talk about healthy habits for long life, and the author begins by quoting this nice man about his smoking and drinking!!!. Is the author blind to his own writing or does he have a double mind?. The later seems very likely!. Greetings +Paul Garland

+Simon Stone they can do as they wish. The problem is thinking that it does not cost you, or that there are no consequences  for addictions. If you endorse something, make sure it is good for all people-otherwise is better to shut the trap!. I am sure he has many good things he actually does that contributed to his long life.
