Jim Adler (The Texas Hammer) wishes he could be half as tough and smart as Jim Medley. Actually I think Chuck Norris isn't as tough as Jim but that's not why you should hire him. Hire him because he has knowledge and experience as a former cop, more degrees and certifications than the opposition, and a winning track record. That's what you need. A WINNER. Jim Medley is a straight shooter, his staff are all great and very pleasant to deal with, and his service is a great value. A bad lawyer could be very expensive in the long run. I still remember how grateful I was to Jim and his staff, and my lawyer friend who recommended them, when I got that yellow piece of paper that had DISMISSED at the top.

I more than highly recommend Jim and Bret's services to anyone in need of criminal defense representation. After 1 year 5 months and 19 days, our case was dismissed. It was a long journey but could not have selected a better team to help us through this journey. Jim's presence is one of authority and gentle nature that just works in representation of this kind. He owns a court room like I have never seen before. This is huge when seeking council. You must have someone that has respect among his peers, and stands out above all the others and he does with pure class! His knowledge and experience goes beyond what can be written on paper or a review. Cannot say enough good things with this team, not just due to that our case was dismissed, but that he has the talent of winning and influencing. Thanks to Jim and Bret and everyone at the office!

Not many times in my life have I been as worried about a situation as the one Jim Medley assisted me with. The process of beating this bogus charge took about 7 months and the wait made it worse. But my faith in God and the fact I had the best attorney around comforted me. The charge was dismissed because it couldn't be proved, just like I knew would happen. Thanks Jim, and to your professional staff- I couldn't have asked for better!

Jim and Bret worked wonders with my case. They were able to get my case dismissed in less than 4 months. They helped me keep my credentials and my livelihood. Bret is a rockstar and Jim is so down to earth. I'm extremely appreciative for what they did for me.

A company called #Lipsmark is atempting to introduce a powdered alcohol product called #Palcohol to the U.S. market. If approved, #DWIAttorneys will need to familiarize themselves with the legal and scientific considerations of this product
