Dear Mr. Werne:
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for your contribution to our upcoming Ceremony to Honor our WWII Veterans.

I have not written until now as we have been organizing the many details of preparation for the Ceremony with other independent organizations and I wanted to have firm information to provide to you regarding the Ceremony, which will be held on May 16 at 11:00 AM at the Miami City Hall in conjunction with the City of Miami. The location of the City Hall building is especially significant as it was a US Coast Guard Base during the war.

We already have the participation of several US Veterans organizations and soon we may get the support and participation of the US Coast Guard Seventh District, which also took a very active role during the war.

I would like to offer this letter as a formal invitation to attend our Ceremony.  I would also like to inform you that Dr. Anthony Atwood, the Director of the Military Museum and Memorial of South Florida, will make arrangements to meet your delegation on Sunday the 17th, and give you a tour of the Museum.  I will confirm this date with you.  The Museum is still under construction but it will be an opportunity for you to meet Dr. Atwood and learn about this endeavor. ...
Regards,
Andres Vazquez"
