I would call another repair next time. Their focus seemed to be on selling me a new water heater rather than fixing mine. "10 or 11 years old is as long as you can expect one to last." They did not tell me that it would cost $89. just to come out whether they fixed anything or not. They said that it was an element, but that doesn't explain why the water is getting extraordinarily hot as well. Their estimate overpriced the part and doubled the amount of time to install. Won't call them again!

I'm an employee of Dennis Dillon Dodge in Caldwell, Idaho. I want to write a quick note and let other employees and local people know about my experience buying a New Omega RV at Dennis Dillon RV in Boise. Dennis my salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. His friendliness and product knowledge was top notch. He helped us pick out the perfect RV for our family. Dennis is true professional, non-pushy, salesperson. The financing process with Marvin was fast, smooth, and accurate. Marvin was able to get me a far better financing package through the RV store then I was able to get on my own. Thank you! I 'd also like to acknowledge the service/detail department. Our new RV was super clean and ready to go on time. The service department went the extra mile to make sure I was hooked up securely and safely before I left the dealership. Overall this was a fantastic five star experience. Thank you to everyone at Dennis Dillon RV !!!

My husband and I are thinking of becoming full time RV'rs and looking for a Used/New RV. While unsure what type to get and what prices to pay, we were shown around by Steven. We Thank him for his profound knowledge and the advice he provided us. Even though we told him we most likely would not be purchasing for a year and a half, he was still patient and answered all our questions. His advice helped steer us in the direction of a Motor Home. And he took us for a test drive and we fell in love with it. When we are able to buy the type of RV we want, we will definitely give him a call. Can only hope the one we liked is available or one just like it.

**UPDATE** We purchased a trailer from this company so if they truly wanted to reach out to us like stated below they have our number and yet no one has called ** Last Friday we decided to purchase a camper and we finally found what we were looking for at Dennis Dillon RV. On Friday we went in to try and negotiate a deal and ended up walking away because we could not settle on a price. The salesman was nice enough but I got the feeling that the bosses there had this attitude of if you don't buy it someone else will we don't need you. Our sales guy also said that because we were cash buyers that was actually going against us. It's sad when someone with cash gets treated unfairly because we won't finance through them. So we left with a bad taste in our mouth but unfortunately we couldn't find another trailer we liked so we decided to just settle with the offer they gave us. We were told we could bring our trailer that we were trading and come pick up our new trailer the next day on Saturday at 3:00. Upon arrival I couldn't find anyone to let me know where I was supposed to park the trade in trailer. Finally after waiting 30 minutes someone helped with this matter. Next I had to go down the street and ask someone in another building to do a walk through with the new trailer. After we were finished I asked what I was supposed to do next and the guy helping had no clue and told me to go back down the main office. Then I stood in the front area and the receptionist kept asking what I needed and I repeatedly told her that I just wanted to pay for my trailer and leave. I waited for another 30 minutes just for them to get my paper work ready which was quite frustrating being that they knew I was coming at 3:00. I would have thought this would have already been done to make this process as enjoyable and easy as possible. During closing I said that when going through the walkthrough of the new trailer I noticed this trailer had one less battery then what I was trading in and I either needed another battery put in the new trailer or would like to get my extra battery back to add on to my new trailer. He checked with the bosses and he came back to tell me that they said I could get my own tools and remove my battery myself if I really wanted it because they would not be putting a new battery on my trailer nor would they help with the removal which I found to be quite rude. Finally the paperwork was finished and rather than putting the important documents in a nice carrying envelope which you usually get after purchasing any big item they just handed me a pile of papers. I went ahead and used the nice envelope that Nelsons RV gave me after I purchased my last trailer. I asked what I was supposed to do next and he said I don't know that's not my job. I decided to just go look for the new trailer I just purchased and found a salesman and told him I was done with all the paper work and he said oh okay see ya. So with no help from anyone I decided to drive back down to the other building to find my trailer. Once I got there a guy came out and dropped 6 keys into my hand as half of them fell on the floor because I didn't know what he was handing me and because not one key was on any type of key chain as most dealerships give after buying a brand new item off their lot. I hooked up to my new trailer with no help from anybody and after being there for over 2 hours which is a ridiculous amount of time to be there when not financing I was finally able to leave and will never turn back. Not one time did I feel like a customer they even cared about. I was obviously just a number to them. Everybody there was obviously too busy to make this a good experience. In writing this review I hope to stop anybody from coming here and giving this company any mondy and hope that Dennis Dillon takes this complaint seriously and does a total revamp on customer service starting with higher up guys. I now kick myself for giving them any money at all after the customer service I was given and I will not being doing business here ever again.

Just picked up our Winnebago Forza from DDRV - Boise. Our Service Advisor was Dan Scobe. We could not have been any happier with the work that Dan coordinated on our behalf. He was professional, always kept us informed, and worked with us on some difficult warranty issues in a way where we felt he was acting in our best interests. It may sound simple but it's not. It takes a lot of hard work, determination and persistence. A lot of people can talk a good game but the difference is in the doing and DDRV does it right. They keep things simple, straight forward, and fair. They treat their customers the way they would like to be treated. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our motor coach purchase was fantastic. This is a place where hard work and a handshake still means something. I have to say they are not your typical sales/service people, THANKS!!

Terrible! Sales staff doesn't come greet at cars! I mean what if I was disabled looking for a rv? I wouldn't go there again! I've even bought 2 vehicles from them before.

Called three time to get an estimate from these people for 2 days in row them telling us they would get it to us.......well so fast to get off phone both time BOTH MAGAGER AND SERVICE REP DIDNT GET ANY INFO RIGHT NO DID THEY GET OUR CONTACT INFO!!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
