This article piggy-backs nicely with the great article written by +Meghan M. Biro in Entrepreneur.com last week.
Many challenges at the office come down to managing our own personalities.

Great article!  I've seen this play out in a startup I was an officer in Trip.com.  Fortunately we had a very intelligent CEO/founder who managed through collaboration...

This is a great article for everyone to read. One bit of unsolicited advice I'll give is when writing any communication, especially in business, keep it concise, use clear language and check the "tone" of the content before hitting send. If you're listing many and various items which need to be reviewed, number or bullet point them. Most people don't have an interest in reading a novel length communication. Agree? Disagree?

This really resonates with me. This speaks to the very fiber of an organization and how they treat and respond to customers and employees.

Why customers determine a company's core competencies.

Agreed. What resonates with me about this article is that customer opinion does matter but many companies really don't listen well. How that intel is garnered is up to each company. I am more focused on why they should rather than how they should.

Very nice people in the customer service area. I have brought my Pilot to this dealer twice since moving to the Monroe OH Area, and received very good service both times.
