Thank for you for a helpful review! I am currently wearing the UP24 (just got it last night), but I bought the wrong size and will need to do an exchange. I started wondering if I should have just bought the Shine. Now, I know that the UP24 (or possibly the UP2 is a better choice for me).  I love the UP24, but it's a bit too bulky.  I do love the software, though, and it's already got me to moving around more (to assist in my physical therapy).

When we first went gluten free I saw dramatic changes in my health and my children’s health. The change was so miraculous, for a few years I thought everyone should be gluten free. As time went on and I learned… Read more ›

Happy 158th birthday to George Bernard Shaw, who said: "Imagination is the beginning of creation. You imagine what you desire, you will what you imagine and at last you create what you will."

Are you sitting down? Ok, good. Because what I'm about to tell you might just blow your mind: you can make a loaf of fresh, warm, homemade bread in your slow cooker. You read that right. You don't have to turn on the oven this summer to get your fresh bread fix — just plug in your crockpot.

Help kitties get some free food. Friskies is donating one meal for every video view. Plus, seriously, these cats are just too cute.

Grumpy Cat hates it. ;-)

Enjoy, cat lovers! Plus, Colonel Meow, the supreme overlord of cat world, gets his tribute.
Seattle’s favorite cats - Oskar the Blind Cat & Klaus - join Grumpy Cat, Nala Cat and Hamilton the Hipster Cat in Friskies' latest music video, "Cat Summer."

My God, I'm so sad to hear this. As a teen (even preteen) I looked forward to listening to Casey's Top 40 countdown. I was crazy for music, even way back then. Keep in mind: there was only the radio or 45 records (33s were just uncool and for "old people"), and reel-to-reel was for the high class rich people. 8-tracks were still around, but the "new technology" was the tiny little audio cassette. I'd threaten to just about throttle my little sister, Teresa Sigler, if she'd make a single sound as I tried to create my own audio cassettes by taping his shows over the radio. I loved this ol' guy, and he was my "celebrity crush" as I grew up.

RIP, Casey... you set the standard, and you were "the voice" for so many.

I'm "keeping my feet on the ground, but still reaching for the stars."

Casey Kasem's "American Top 40" began on July 4, 1970, in Los Angeles and the show continued in varying forms _ and for varying syndicators _ until his retirement in 2009. In his signoff, he would tell viewers: "And don't forget: keep your feet on the ground and keep reaching for the stars."

In honor of World Cup 2014 in Brazil, we're presenting a graphic showing the relative size of the International Space Station compared to a soccer field, also known as a football field or football pitch. The station, including its large solar arrays, spans nearly the area of the entire field, and weighs 924,739 pounds. The complex now has more livable room than a conventional six-bedroom house, and has two bathrooms, a gymnasium and a 360-degree bay window.
