Guy, I understand you were not happy with your experience with us. We did everything that I could to try and make the project a success, but in the end it didn't happen and you opted to cancel the project. Please note, that you agreed to our billing agreement, and your own credit card company sided with us in the disagreement. In good faith we did initiate a majority refund to you, even though we had many hours into the project.
