❓How Consistent Are You Really ?

JUDY shows up 3-4 times each and every week when she is not traveling.
It’s why she dropped 30 pounds and over 37 inches, got stronger, and is doing things at 65 most people cannot do at 45.

So, if you’re not getting where you want to get, are you consistently:

🔺Resistance training 2-3 times per week - and not just jumping on random machines or picking up random weights

🔺Training smarter with a good mix of metabolic resistance training, corrective exercise and cardio intervals ?

🔺Eating the right foods in the right amounts 80% of the time (honestly?)
And I know you may be thinking...that’s a lot! And it can be and even may be overwhelming.

That’s were guidance, accountability, and support really come into play.
It’s not always about knowing what to do.

Knowing doesn’t always equal doing...am I right?

The difference maker is having that guidance, accountability, and support in place to get you exactly where you want to go.

Member Spotlight: How Heather juggled hosting holiday events, a full time job, school, a teenager AND managed to drop a few pounds to arrive at the New Year in a body that felt amazing !

Do you struggle with fad diet after fad diet and the up and down yo yo cycle and lack of motivation to workout out ?
