Only went to get ready for my brother's wedding. Two in the wedding party had checked into a suite, while we had two other regular rooms. Both types of rooms were excellent for my short stay and worked out quite nicely for our preparations. We ate at the hotel restaurant, where the service from the server was fine, but the food and drinks took an amazing amount of time to be delivered. This was interesting because we were a table of 7 and the only ones in the restaurant at 2pm. Overall, it is a lovely hotel and I'd certainly recommend it if you are planning on staying in downtown Tacoma. Just be sure to alert the restaurant you plan to dine with them if you want to try them.

Best billiards around! The tables are numerous and kept in great shape. The place is staffed by great folks and you'll find some pretty incredible players if you venture to the area where the regulars trend to hang.

I needed just a simple car stereo replacement. Nothing fancy, just a replacement for the 15yo stock POS. I called at 5:10 PM to ask if they could install today if I made it in by 6 PM (they close at 7 PM). The guy on the phone told me that he would reserve me a slot at 6 PM. So at 5:15 PM, I left Gilroy and rushed up there, making it there at almost exactly 6 PM. The salesman asked what I was looking for, so I explained to him my incredibly simple needs. I want something that will allow me to listed to NPR, has Bluetooth, speakerphone, and (most importantly) a working volume knob. He showed me the simpler options, with no up-sell pressure. I purchased the deck, paid for the install cost and wiring harness. He took my keys and drove my vehicle around back, telling me that it would probably be a bit over 45 min for the work. So I sat down and answered a few work emails. Not 20 minutes later, I see my car being driven back to the front. The installer dude asked me for my phone so that he could even pair it for me. After setting that up, he gave me a very brief overview of how to use it. Within 30 minutes of my arrival, I had purchased a deck, had it installed, and was on my way. The service here was incredible. I read all the amazing reviews, but somehow my experience was even better than expected. I highly recommend this place. The prices are very reasonable, but the service is what makes it. It is probably slightly more expensive than if I had gone to Best Buy, but I trust these guys infinitely more than any "Geek Squad" yahoo that might have worked on my car at the big box store. If you need any kind of car audio or alarm... GO TO AUDIOWERK! You won't be disappointed.

Tried to order sliders when I got there. When the servers came to take the order from everyone a bit later, I mentioned my sliders again. Everything was brought except my sliders. I asked about them and was assured they were coming. In the end, it took an hour and a half for my sliders which featured cold fries. This was impressively bad. The best part has to have been the servers though. They might have been some of the rudest people I've had the opportunity to speak with. It was abundantly clear that patrons were nothing more than a nuisance. Certainly left impressed... but not by the quality of the food or service.

Weekends from 10am to noon tends to be a pretty great group of regulars. This goes for the dogs and humans alike. Visitors should be aware that the first and third Saturdays are pug and Frenchie meetup days, restrictively. I've nothing against these breeds, but the park can get a bit overcrowded. Overall, a great dog park!
