So I’ve been in New York for about three weeks now and I am slowly working on project after project to make the apartment feel decorated and appear furnished by an adult. Ha. Lived here for 2 years and the experience was awful. There was 7 rats caught in our apartment along with multiple insects that would crawl in. Management did nothing, nor believed us. My roommate had to physically bring a dead rat into the leasing office to prove we had rats in our apartment. The management staff was always rude especially Mary in the main office. They raised their lease prices only because they painted the outside of the buildings, many other neighbors had rat problems as well. Horrible place to live, do not live here.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry that you had a bad experience. We’ve been in business for over 60 years, and we strive to create the best possible living experience for our residents. Management, as well as the staff, are diligent and thorough in handling circumstances in a timely and efficient manner. I apologize if you walked away feeling this was not the case.

Nice buildings and decent appliances can't make up for the extreme lack of parking (aided by numerous motorcycles that never seem to move!) and an abundance of LOUD, loitering kids and noisy twice-weekly leaf blowing. However, I will say that the staff is very nice and attentive!
