Some cursing, a little bit of clutch work, and now I could take family to vacation while knowing that my motorcycle ain't gonna go to find new owner. Also now I know where motorcycle would be in case of hurricane. ο»Ώ

This song perfectly describes my feeling, when you know that you have enough gas for 0.6 miles...

Besides shitty service, I had a blast:
That's sad... - exactly the quote my friend sad.
That would sum up our experience, I'm a drop away from meeting with manager, good thing he's or her is hiding somewhere away.
We really enjoyed buildung pyramids with dirty dishes filled with bones and napkins, timing out how long empty pitcher could hang on the side of the table (6 min 30 sec to be asked if we want refill, another 2 min 50 sec to take empty pitcher).
Took three attempts to get some napkins... I even installed police lights app on my phone to compliment "call server" button, to no avail...
Orvel was the worst server I ever met... It took us calling another server to get anything. Our plates were coming show like they were delivered by turtles from the kitchen located mile away from us.
The only positive thing, food was good.
Check number 40030 I hope that will help improve service, I'm definitely ain't coming back. ο»Ώ

I was trying to find a thread where someone was saying that they are coming to Biketoberfest and AIMexpo in October to Florida and are planning to camp for the event.
What camp ground are you planning to use? ο»Ώ

+Crussian DoeΒ PM me and we can exchange cell phone numbers. That way, you can call me when you leave to head up to the campsite. I will make sure and meet you at the gate onto the property.ο»Ώ

Does anyone have average fuel above 40.0?
By my account after a 600 miles trip and my regular commute it suppose to be around 40.2 right now 😁

I bought my FJR ('12) brand new with zeros on the odometer. During the break in period mileage was in high 30s to low 40s driving back and forth to work. A few thousand miles later my commute mileage stabilized right around 44mpg. I have almost 40k on mine now and still getting the same mileage during my work commute.ο»Ώ

Ride reports  -

Oh boy, what a ride... In total a bit shy from 600 miles. But I'm getting more and more serious thoughts about tents and using camping to extend my rides and make them less harsh on my arse.
Overall I now know that I need not only better saddle, better pegs, different helmet and in future pegs up front to relieve cramps. But realistically, with stock saddle i can do 800 easily.
I hope you will enjoy pics. ο»Ώ

+Crussian Doe it was pretty straight forward. 7 pairs socks and underwear. 2 pair jeans. 1 pair shorts. 7 t shirts and 1 sweater. All this fit in my day trip backpack.
Saddle bags had riding gear. Chaps, coat, gloves 2 pair, etc.
I purchased a 2 man tent 149$, a light weight sleeping bag, 115$ good to 10 Celsius and a small inflatable ground matt.
The gear was secured to the bike with 3 foot and 2 foot bungie cords. I'll see if I have a picture to post. It sounds like a lot, but it wasn't really. The only thing I forgot was sandals for the campground showers but found a cheap pair at a Kmart. ο»Ώ

Got 1k miles till 12k service... So i need a nice trip and i think I found a really nice destination St. Augustine, pretty much a 600 miles round trip which I expect to start at 0200 so i could be in St. Augustine Fort by 0800, than spend time till 1400 in Lighthouse, and hit the road while the sun will go on decline to be home by 2000, you betcha I'll keep you all updated πŸ˜€ο»Ώ

This place gives you insight into the history of rise and tragedy of Native Americans. Worth visiting not only because of historical and educational reasons but also because of great gift shop!

Very good service and friendly atmosphere, Britney done everything to help us with our baby by warming his food. Now food is just like promised, falling of the bone ribs and chili which almost put bones in the shadow.

Located in waking distance from some of entertainment spots, as well as nice food spots. A bit outdated but clean (and that's covers all "outdated" part) really close to pretty much everything. Every room has creek overviewing balcony. And as far as I could say very reasonably priced.

As always (with exception of Florida City) excellent food and service, but still my favorite one is Okeechobee location!
