I had come by sometime last week as I was trying to find a good deal. As a person looking for the right price it makes sense to do shopping at more than one place. I had previously went to Nissan on McPhilipps. But I left as no one had bothered to come up to me as I walked around the lot outside. I met this young kid Tyler. He seemed nice at first. I could tell he was hungry as he walked towards my wife and I faster than the Chinese lad, but he never really knew the answer to my questions. It was mostly IIHS ratings and some feature and benefits on the Murano and Pathfinder. After what seemed like a few questions in he was getting frustrated with my wife and I. I had then said if it was ok to get another salesperson to help us instead. But he gave me this stupid look and started to raise his voice. I got quite offended and said that I'd rather go to Vickar Nissan or McPhillips if he continued with his tone. He then told me "FINE WHATEVER. Go somewhere else, no one would want to deal with you anyways". OMG I was just asking questions why would he need to be so snarky? I would have normally asked for a supervisor or manager. But I didn't want to waste my time and breath in this dealership. I ended up buying my 2015 Pathfinder Platinum from Vickar's instead the same day. Guess you were wrong Tyler, Vickar Nissan did want to deal with me and now I'll make sure my brother buys his Pathfinder from there too!

I went in to get my Rogue checked out as there was a recall letter sent out. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional, and they completed my service appointment well within an acceptable time frame. I've had nothing but enjoyable experiences with the Crown Nissan service team and will continue taking my vehicle there for all my maintenance and service needs.

Purchased two vehicles from this dealership. Dealt with Thomas Barton both times and had a very good experience. He was very straight forward and honest. Will definitely return to the dealership for another purchase.

We bought our platinum 2014 pathfinder (hybrid) in November. We walked in just shopping around comparing some other makes and models that we where looking at. We dealt with Thomas at first and that was good, however as soon as it came to making a deal he had to run back and forth to a sales manager, then finally the sales manager came over to finalize the deal. Once manager came I felt like I was being pressured into making a deal right away and he made all these side deals like "3 more free oil changes" and "complementary loaner while the car was in the shop". We did end up buying the car but I had instant buyers regret! Over the winter by car doors wouldn't shut properly unless I slammed them to the point I thought my windows would shatter. Also the remote starter wouldn't work when it was colder then -20...pretty useless as that's when you want to use it! I also had some wired things like the AWD wouldn't engage at times or it I would put the car in drive and it would jump and stall (its an automatic!)...all things you wouldn't expect from a new car, especially the platinum model! We have spoken to managers and written letters to the dealership explaining our situation and disappointment with this car. We have pretty much just gotten the brush off..."oh they are working on a fix for that" or just "we don't know whats going on" and they just leave it at that. Mostly they couldn't recreate the problem as we live 4hrs out of Winnipeg and the car would be long warmed up by the time we got it there. I get the feeling now that they are just hoping they can make excuses every winter until the warranty has run out and its no longer their problem. To top it all off today I made an appointment for an oil change and I explained that I would need a curtsy vehicle while the car was being serviced and now they have no record of that part of the sale's deal on my file and told me I would have to pay for a rental from them! I will never buy another car from this outfit, nor will I ever buy another Nissan!

I bought two trucks off them over a two year period at fist the service was ok but only got worse over time. I don't understand why Nissan Canada would allow a dishonest dealer like this ruin there brand name. I have taken my truck to there body shop (WAM) 3 times for one repair and it still looks like crap and after finding out after an oil change they did not change my filter but charged me for a new one I will no longer do any business with them and would strongly recommend going some were else.

Well, I am grateful that these guys cured my urge to buy a new car, so I'm saving 500.00 bucks a month. Spent 2 hours watching their sales guy go back & forth to his manager, but we finally settled on a 2014 Juke. The trade in value they offered for my car was ridiculous, but by then I was so tired that I agreed to $2000.00 less than I'd get on Kijiji, just so I could get to the paperwork. Then I was told they didn't actually have the model I wanted in stock, and they insisted I give $2500.00 to "hold one". Got a call from them later that week saying they didn't actually get the one I wanted, and if I didn't come sign the paperwork immediately for the one they got me, they would retract a $2500.00 rebate that we had already agreed on. I was busy that day, so I told them I'd be there the day after. When I got there, they retracted the rebate, so I told them the deal was off and asked for my "holding fee" back. They wouldn't cut me a cheque or refund it to my credit card. I went back twice and both times they made weak excuses not to give me my money back. I eventually had to get my credit card company to intervene. Still love the Juke. Going to buy one elsewhere, probably out of the province.
