Finally after reading all the reviews of this dealership, I realize I am not the only one with being delivered a terrible service. I took my 2007 Nissan Maxima to this dealership about 10 days ago for a "simple" fix. This is a US car and I had to install daytime running lights.I was told it was a simple wiring change and would cost $ 350 plus tax. OK, fine. I dropped the car off at night. Next morning, I called to request a shuttle, which is a service that all dealerships provide. I was simply denied by the girl on the Front Desk(service rep who also checked us out when we picked up our car). The reason was, that we needed to book the shuttle 2 days in advance (Really!!). Now the problem with the bill. I expected $ 350 plus tax. The bill had an additional fee of $ 50. This was never quoted to me when I called to get the quote. Now the real problem starts, ever since I drove my car back I started to hear a peculiar whining sound coming from the engine area. I thought of it as something because of the cold weather so did not think much about it. About 2 days ago, my car drained all the battery, my speedometer went out, check engine light came on and the sound got intensively loud. Needless to say that their "technicians" made a simple issue into a major problem. I am writing to Nissan Canada to complain about this dealership and also will write to the owners about the terrible staff. Also, there is a board in the waiting area that ready 95% customer satisfaction. That is just a joke, please do not take that seriously. These people only give the satisfaction surveys to people who don't know any better. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone in future and am thinking of filing a consumer litigation if there is any major breakdown in my car because of this dealership.

Everything was going fine with my cash purchase of a new Nissan Sentra. The price was fine and the sales staff were reasonably knowledgeable about the vehicle. The problems started when I saw the guy in the "little room" off to the side of the dealership.This person typically arranged financing and try to get customers to buy additional items for their car, including rust-proofing and extended warranties. First I had to wait for more than 90 minutes to see him, then when I told him politely that I was paying cash, so I did not require any financing and I also told him that I had problems with 3rd party extended warranties and aftermarket rustproofing from other dealerships in the past and was not going to purchase any extras, he grew quite hostile towards me and would't let me leave. -When i noted these problems down on the "Customer Satisfaction" Survey another staff member gave me to fill out when I was finally allowed to leave. The staff member ripped up the complaining Survey I had filled out, and made me fill out a neutral one, saying they couldn't let me leave a negative Customer Survey as it would make the owner of the dealership upset with them. I still can hardly believe the treatment I received at this dealership while purchasing a new car paid in full at the time of purchase. Both my wife and I really like the Nissan we purchased, but can't imagine a worse time buying it.

These good people got my vehicle in the shop in a prompt manner. Fixed the issue. Then suprised me for putting a new battery in the remote. Thanks. For good measure a free car wash voucher, even though they washed it already! You guys are the tops!

* Buyer Beward * Unethical sales tactics! One of the worst sales experience of my life. Stories changing, being spoken down to, cheesy attitudes and unprofessional. Do NOT waste your time going to this dealer. I am still in shock how bad the service was. They lost a new car sale where I am more than willing to drive out of my way to another dealership to do business with.

I have just purchased a new Nissan from Crown and had a very positive experience. Our family has three Nissan's, just traded my 2010 in for a 2015 and intend to retain my loyalty to the brand and Crown going forward. On my last car I had a few problems which can happen, Russ the service manager did everything possible to ensure I was taken care of. Problems happen but its in the way they are handled that really matters and proves out the worthiness of the business you are dealing with, it's all good!

I got a brand new 2012 nissan versa from crown.. ever since the car dies all the time.. the first few time I took the car back, they just changed the battery( which I paid from my own pocket the second time) now it still dies.... and it is not even cold yet.....because I am not getting any answer and really frustrated with the situation, I have a mechanic friend looked at it. he did some test, the batter and alternator are fine.. the only thing he can think of causing the trouble is the remote starter which come with the car when I got it. so I booked another appt with crown and specifically mentioned the potential cause.. However when I showed up for the appt, the service guy simply told me I need to go to talk to the company that installed the starter..... first of all, it comes with the car as it suppose to be a bonus, shouldn't you be taking care of it? second, the service guy just give the name of the company, no number no nothing....and I've told you the problems why can't you just tell me to go to the other company the first time when I booked the appt? lastly,if it is not the battery that causing the problem to begin with, why nobody looked at other stuff before charging me for the second battery.... worst service ever.

I've always stayed away from dealerships because I hate the pressure sales techniques. Chukz Okonkwo made me feel like I was just chitchatting with an old friend, he made my first new car experience excellent. He went above and beyond my expectation of a salesman. My daughter adores him and they hit it off like family. He even bought her a cheesecake! Thanks for making this a wonderful experience Chukz!

Took my car here for service for a year. Started out fine but quickly decayed. They had no problem giving my car back without fixing the problem and likely charging my warranty. Had to call Nissan Canada in order to get the issue fixed. Regularly picked me up only to have me wait up to an hour and a half for my car to be ready. Their associated autobody shop (Waverly autobody) made a rookie mistake and wouldn't own up to it despite my photographic evidence. In addition, Crown Nissan did not return my emails on the subject.
