CrossFit Code Red is located in Hillsboro, OR on the corner of TV Hwy and Cornelius Pass Rd in the Park 219 business complex, across the street from the Reedville Cafe. Just look for the large stone plaques that say “Park 219″

At CrossFit Code Red our passion is not only for your fitness, but help you surmount to any challenge life throws at you. We are a community of diverse people with different goals, all sharing the same road to getting there. The CrossFit prescription to fitness is a broad, general and inclusive plan that utilizes methods of training and workout routines which work for everyone.

At CrossFit Code Red we value hard work and community above all else. Our daily workouts are truly more than the sum of their parts. You get more than just a mere hour long workout. You will leave here not only burning calories but with a feeling of accomplishment, breaking down walls and barriers while making new friends and becoming part of a community. When you leave our doors you will not only have taken a huge step toward forging elite fitness and character, you will be on the road to being the best you.

Regardless of your fitness level, the methods we employ are fully scalable and separated only by degree of intensity. Best box in Hillsboro! Coaches Jake, Rudy, and Row are very knowledgeable and supportive to those new to Crossfit , or picking it back up after a long hiatus! Would recommend to anyone who lives/works near the area and want to make a change in their life. I look forward to getting better, faster, and stronger. Making new friends already!

I've been going to CFCR for almost 2 months and its great. The coaches are great; Jake, Rudy, Row, and Evan are awesome and very helpful with giving 1v1 help during your workouts. The members are always willing to help new comers and give pointers. I've been with several normal gym memberships in the past (24, LA Fitness, Bally's), but crossfit is just something else and will always keep you guessing. The WODs are always going to get you smoked and wanting to come back for another day.

Worked out at the gym taking some beginner classes and everyone was very helpful friendly and supportive. Great group of people there. I will go there again soon!

I've been with CodeRed for about 3 months now and it's been an amazing experience. I've never been big into lifting because I really didn't know how to attempt them. At CodeRed the coaches have been great and have taught me so much about technique and form. We track all our workouts and it's amazing to look back to when I first started and see the progress. I feel stronger and can actually last through an hour workout now! Also, the people who work-out there are all very supportive and encouraging. They are always up for giving me pointers during workouts. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for something new in their routine, beginner or not.

This is a great gym to workout at. All the people are very friendly and cheer everyone on. Coaches take the time to teach the movements.

I have been a member of CrossFit Code Red for a couple months now. The biggest selling point for me is the sense of community with the amazing people you work out with, not to mention the awesome coaches. The coaches are there to help you hit your goals and get you to break down the mental blocks that prevent you from going harder and stronger. I have seen huge gains in my strength and cardio, but my biggest gain has really been in my confidence and pushing through different obstacles. I couldn't have done this without the support offered by the CrossFit Code Red gang! The week trial is also a key selling point to CrossFit. Each workout is different, so how do you know if it's a good fit if you only get to try it once? My first and second nights were totally different.
