Be specific about the time of your event. This will determine the food and drinks that will be served as well as the time needed to get everything ready for the party.

Casual, country, elegant or vintage? Whichever design theme you choose to have, make sure to discuss it with your caterer. Their menu suggestions will depend on the overall feel that you’d like for your event.

Croom’s Catering & BBQ was established in 1993 as C&M Custom Party Planners. The name was changed in 2003. Lance and Robin Croom diversified their catering business by opening a take-out BBQ restaurant in 2001.
The motto for Croom’s Catering & BBQ was given to Lance from God and the business lives by that motto. “Quality, Care, Integrity, and Love of Service”. When you come to the restaurant or acquire their services you will be met with love, warmth, authenticity, care, and a genuine interest in making your event or dining experience one that will not be forgotten. The staff is professional and personable, and your experience with any of them will be pleasant. Lance and Robin’s love for Jesus is evident by the way they run the business.

If you need catering for a large or small event, if you need some down home cooking and barbecue, if you need a moist, delicious cake, or if you just need to feel the touch of the “holy spirit”, call the Croom’s! They will supply your need.

Lance and Robin invite you to navigate through their website to find just what you need.

Wow, best bbq ribs and bbq chicken I have ever had. The cornbread was to die for and the greens and sides were equally delicious. Can't wait to try a dessert next time! The staff was so friendly and wonderful also. Unfortunantly we can't become regulars at Crooms, but when we pass through San Diego again we will DEFININTELY stop. i have already recommended it to my family and friends. Wow!
