Boy, it sure has been a while. Sorry for my disappearance guys, but I have great news—I've finally developed my new logo which is already live on my website. Also, it so happens that I have a new gallery from the Atlanta Pride Kickoff Party. Check out the images and let me know what you think. More photos from the parade to come soon!

Day 7 of 365.
I'm sure most of us experience the feeling more often than we'd like to admit, but the beauty of being an artist is that you can live in both worlds at the same time.

A follow up to the "Flor de Mayo" portrait on the first of May. As you probably already guessed, both are inspired by the enlarged blooming paintings of Georgia O'Keeffe. I'll leave you with two of my favorite quotes from her - the first, "When you take a flower in your hand and really look at it, it's your world for the moment. I want to give that world to someone else. Most people in the city rush around so, they have no time to look at a flower. I want them to see it whether they want to or not." And secondly, "To create one's world in any of the arts takes courage."

Hola, my name is Cristhtian Perez Molina. Yes, that's the correct spelling - you can thank my mom for that. Born in Mexico, raised in the States, I am a 26 year old with a camera eager to see what new adventures and experiences awaits me.
As a child, I remember always reaching for the disposable cameras mother would purchase for the fiestas, family get-togethers, and those simple afternoons spent with my parents and two younger sisters. Now, thanks to my shutter-happy fingers, we have plenty of plastic containers filled with 4x6s that document the special memories in our lives. I believe it was those special moments caught on film that inspired me to pursue a career in photography.
I graduated from the University of West Georgia in 2012 attaining a Bachelors of Fine Arts with a concentration in Photography. The knowledge gained during my studies has helped shape the lens through which I see and experience the world around me; and ultimately, it has influenced my unique style of photography.
My style is modern, clean, and minimalistic - with an emphasis on the moment in time, the people, and emotions. So whether I'm capturing the special moments in a wedding, encapsulating the essence of a person in a portrait, or documenting places and events in time, I strive to create images that are honest in the story they tell.
