It was the most "impressive service" I ever saw in my life. I brought my 2016 BMW X3 there for regular maintenance. After I handed over my car to their technician, I waited in their store for more than 3 hrs till I totally lost my patience. I asked them about my car's maintenance progress. They told me that they cannot find me and didn't know what to do. What a good excuse!! I thought the phone number, email address, and the maintenance requests, which the reservation system asked us to submit, should be meaningful. I sited there and did not receive any phone call or email. Great job, adviser. Fortunately, you only costed me 3 hrs without spending a dime. I believe it is fair to give you one star. Here is a kindly suggestion. Next time, you should really think about calling (or emailing) your customers instead of waiting there and wondering why they did not show up in front of your desk, especially when you saw their cars in your store already.

Hi Chung-Ting Wei, I really appreciate your response. I looked into this issue and I really apologize for this entire situation. I verified that you had an appointment exactly at the time you provided below. I spoke with the advisor that you were scheduled with and our services greeters were looking for you and calling out the name that was on BMW's vehicle history print out which was the previous owners name. They should have been calling the name on the appointment sheet. If they did that they would have spoken with you right away and walked you over to Mike's desk so you could sign the repair order which authorizes us to work on your vehicle and also he would have entered all of your information in our system. I understand that your time is valuable and I am sorry for all this miscommunication that lead to this inconvenience. Usually when you pull up for service you are checked in immediately and driving off in your Courtesy Loaner Vehicle within about 15 minutes. I really hope you will allow us the opportunity to provide an excellent experience for you. I am here next week from Tuesday-Friday and if you let me know which day and time you would be able to come in I will pull aside a loaner vehicle for you and make sure that your experience is completely seamless. I will be back to work at 7:00am on Tuesday and will go through my emails immediately to see when it is most convenient for you to come it. You can just email instead of scheduling an appointment since I will take care of it when I get in on Tuesday. Once again, I would like to apologize to you for the situation that occurred and I look forward to making sure that all of your future visits with us are excellent. I hope you have a wonderful weekend and I really hope to see you next week Tues-Friday. Review is for EV Charging Only: As an EV owner, I am extremely thankful for the chargers Crevier BMW provides. As of this review, they have 4 SAE Combo DC Quick Chargers and a couple Level 2 chargers, currently provided free of charge. I enjoy purveying all the beautiful BMW EVs while waiting for charge. I've read their has been some problems with the chargers occasionally, but I've not experienced any trouble. Thanks Crevier BMW!

If you are planning on purchasing a BMW, think twice. I have a small BMW, the X1 and it is three years old. However, it does NOT have Bluetooth. When I purchased it, of course the bluetooth was working. However I have been told by Crevier that it may be February before they can fix the software glitch. Imagine, owning a BMW and being unable to use your phone in the car! I am told I am not the only BMW owner with this problem. BMW ought to be ashamed of themselves. This is normal and every day usage of a necessary feature, and they cannot provide the service.

Well Crevier has done it again! First, I had an amazing experience getting a Mini Cooper S from them earlier this year. And now, literally, today, I just picked up my brand new 2017 custom ordered X5M from them. I only say "custom ordered" to highlight that I came to Crevier for a reason -- to order a car to my specifications and work with their fleet team (Ken, Justin and Alex) who I have heard so much about through friends and people I know in the car world. And these guys did not disappoint. Not only was the deal I signed today better than the deal I initially agreed to back when we ordered the car in September (because of BMW Financial lease promotions that later became available), but everything was succinctly and easily explained to me, and I was in and out in less than an hour. The car had a full tank of glass, they handled my window tinting and it was spotless! Yes, these are all things you expect from a dealership when you get a new car, but as we all know, this isnt always the reality. So yeah, a car dealership that bucks the negative stereotype deserves praise when they demonstrate outstanding customer service and give the customer exactly what was agreed upon (or better). I drove all the way up here from downtown San Diego -- a 180 mile round trip -- to get my car and I wouldnt hesitate to do it with the next cars I get from Crevier BMW either! Ken, Justin and Alex, thank you for just making this a seamless and enjoyable experience!

I was looking for a 30 or 28 k preowned cars 2 sales people look at me from head to toes PLEASE..... You dont know how much was on my wallet No thank you JAGUAR Got my bussines I dont need people that others dont B S like santa ana BMW ...
