I've been asked to change my review from 1 star to 5 stars, but if I could give this dentist office a no stars I would. I would not recommend this place to anyone. my experience: I went in to see what could be done about my wisdom teeth being surgically removed, they were impacted (they do not perform this procedure by the way) and walked out of there with everything but...I was told that I needed a deep cleaning and for my wisdom teeth to be extracted. That day they did the deep cleaning, which is where they numb your gums and do a really deep cleaning. Sent me home with instructions and a week later I got a bill for 4000 dollars. I called them to see why it was so high and they stated that was the estimated price for total work needing to be done, NOT including my wisdom teeth that needed to be surgically removed. I decided I would not use them for further work and that to remove any future dental work from bill. They said ok. I more week went by I received another bill for 2,027 dollars, which to me was still ridiculously high for just have a deep cleaning, that's all I got. I've never received a cleaning over 175 dollars so to get this bill in the mail hit me like a ton of bricks. I would NEVER EVER go to this dentist again. I suggest if you are someone like me who has to pay out of pocket expenses for dental work DO NOT GO HERE unless your rich. I have sense had my wisdom teeth surgically removed from another dentist(inbox for details) for a little over a third of this cost I only paid about 900 dollars which is over 1200 less than what my bill is for just the deep cleaning from this dentist.

Hi Sheila, a deep cleaning is a very inaccurate "lay" term used to describe the care of treatment for periodontal disease. This type of treatment requires the measuring, of "pockets" areas around each tooth that have separated the gum tissue from the tooth structure and bone, then a tiny amount of medication is applied to each individual "pocket" around each tooth. This is done while removing the build up that has caused the space to develop. If this care is not carried out for someone with periodontal disease, the result is tooth loss. To have any procedure performed without addressing your periodontal disease would not have been an acceptable standard care and to treat you, without treating your periodontal disease is careless at best and malfeasant at worst; I am neither. As I wish for every patient that enters my office, I hope you find the comfort and care and you are looking for.

My daughter was suffering from a tooth problem since many years and when we finally got her to the dentist, she was administered root canal. We were scared as to how she will take it, but all thanks to Creve Coeur Dental and Dr. Rosinski, all our fears just vanished. She is just excellent.

I always had a deep phobia regarding dental procedures. This started when I was younger and had very painful dental work which did not stand the test of time. Do to acute health problems I was advised by my doctor(s) to seek dental care immediately. Choosing Creve Coeur Dental was the best decision I have had made in a long time. Dr. Rosinski and her team took so much time to make me feel comfortable. They succeeded in breaking my acute phobia! I had to have extensive work done and the skill level of Dr. Rosinski is amazing. She and her team gave me a brand new smile and took all the pain away which I suffered with for years! The office has a wonderful balance of professionalism and an informative friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this practice. My profession dictates that I travel and also be in the, “public eye”. I am pain free and no longer embarrassed to smile wide. Very happy patient, James

Went in for a visit for my son after reading reviews thought this was the best place to take him. One our first visit I was told it would be 89.99 for visit and xrays, at the end of the visit I was told they were not going to do xrays and that he would need to come back and get caps and crowns, I was charged for the xrays anyways so already a red flag to me. Set my appointment went back and sat in the room for two hours then they finally started working on my son and at the end of all this time I sat there they NEVER crowned my sons teeth they put so white paste on them and I was charge 1,500.00 once I got home and looked at his teeth only 3 of his teeth were done and they charged me for 4, after eating dinner tonight which is sunday and this was done fri his 3rd tooth they did the paste fell off already so 1,500.00 for two days and only 3 of four teeth this place is a waste of my time and money I will NEVER go back again

My name is Anna and I am a model. I would like to put a good word for Creve Coeur Dental who gifted me the perfect smile. Few years back, I had bad teeth and needed braces. I always found them ugly but when Dr. Rosinski introduced me with Invisalign. It was a totally different thing and it completely wiped out my teeth alignment problems and jaw alignment as well. Thanks Doctor for perfecting me. I owe my successful career to her.

I was referred from a business associate to this denistry. I went in for a visit for something as simple as removing the gold from my teeth. Nothing was wrong with my teeth besides the gold . I left with two temporary crowns due to the Dr.Phillip Nouri filing my teeth down while I was up under anastestia and had no idea what he was doing until he was done. You don't want to know what my teeth looked like afterwards! Just look up what a person teeth looks like that is a meth user. I Went to the dentist today because I was experiencing pain in one of teeth that he filed down that is under the crown. Dr.Rosinki advised me that my tooth was fractured and I my only option would be to get a bridge with six teeth and that would be $7000.00. REALLY! My complications arosed from negligently completed crowns and unnecessary extraction of multiple teeth. But you are advising me that I have to pay for the damage that you'll caused. They didn't accept any responsibility. They're all about money only!!! They don't care anything about there patients. Most of them who work there are family so they're all in it together. Spread the word and don't let them cause you PAIN,TIME,or MONEY! You go there for one thing ,but trust and believe you will get the opposite of what you came there for. I wish I would've did more research. Oh and the receptionist at the front desk (Stephanie) is a fast talker and will try to get you to sign your life away to so beware. Please put your money where your mouth is with a better dental provider. Just got of the phone with my friend advising her of what happen and she advised she visited them in the past before and they tried to give her a crown that was not needed. I just wish I new about them before. I don't want anyone else to go through this torture. A smile is worth a million dollars. I should've went to Dr.Grasso where a friend referred me to previously, but I chose to go to this teeth recker. Her teeth looks like NeNe Leaks of Atlanta Housewives and Dr.Grasso tells you the true story. You live and learn. Don't learn the hard way!

First, I would like to apologize for writing my response to the review by Trice in the review section. I have been unable to respond through the google plus tool. I would like to emphasize that I had nothing to do with the work performed on Trice; this happened years before I purchased this practice. At the time this case was performed, I was a Captain in United States Air Force stationed at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX. I really cannot and should not speak in regards to the treatment Trice received at the time for legal and ethical reasons. I can say that Trice did come to my office and present with needs that would require extensive work. It is unfortunate for anyone to be in pain, and I try very hard to accommodate all of my patients medically, emotionally, and financially. I can understand Trice's frustrations in the cost of the treatment needed, but they are not my costs to incur. I tried to explain this to her when she was in my office; she threatened to sue me and make posts like these. I hope any of you reading these reviews understand the review she has posted is an attack meant to hurt my business and does not reflect the kind of healing environment I strive so hard to create.

Dr. Rosinski is amazing!!! I have had so many issues with my teeth over the last ten years I didn't think I would ever eat or smile comfortably again. I had major dental anxiety and waited until I literally couldn't take the pain and embarrassment any longer. The entire office staff is so pleasant. I told them about my anxiety and they assured me I was in good hands, and would be well taken care of. They were absolutely right! Dr. Rosinski is so gentle and caring. She explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. She and Audrey work wonderfully together. I dreaded having teeth pulled, but experienced NO swelling and NO pain and was back at work the following morning like nothing had happened. I was also pleasantly surprised about how quick and easy the root canals were. I wish I hadn't waited so long. I wish that I had known that choosing the right dentist was the biggest step. I could not be happier!
