Rude customer service. They charge you $35 to come out and fix a problem at THEIR box by the street.
Dumped Viacom, lied about the reason why. Viacom offered them the original price they had been paying but Suddenlink, being the greedy asses they are, declined and dropped Viacom. Lied to us about it, saying Viacom refused to negotiate but the truth came out; Viacom was asking them back to the table but they refused. In its place, they gave us crap stations, including a white supremacist channel.
Internet is very unreliable. I'm paying for 50mb/s and lucky to get 15mb, in the evenings it goes down to 1.5-3mb.
I live in San Angelo, this is by far the worse cable provider I've ever had.
I HATE Dish and Directv, but I would recommend them over Suddenlink anyday.
