The rooms, food and spa were great, but unfortunately the staff were generally inattentive, and we spent a lot of time at dinner and breakfast waiting for them to come and take our order. Other guests had to chase the staff down. It's a lovely setting and all the interactions with the staff were friendly, but standards of hospitality across the board are not as they were last time I stayed. If only they were all a bit more proactive. Given the pervasiveness of the attitude, I feel this must come from management.
