IF you have the right hardware and connection to support voice.

Voice-powered interfaces are the way forward. #Amazon Echo proves the viability of voice-based home computing.

So much for religious freedom in California
California vaccination bill SB277 has passed in the State Assembly on a 46 to 30 vote. The bill, inspired in part by the measles outbreak that began last December in Disneyland, mandates ALL schoolchildren be vaccinated, regardless of their parents’ personal or religious beliefs, but still permits medical exemptions. Poor guy just doesn't understand that guns are not the problem.

Strident Obama says gun control laws will change http://www.businessinsider.com/afp-strident-obama-says-gun-control-laws-will-change-2015-6
San Francisco (AFP) - US President Barack Obama voiced confidence Friday that a "shocked and heartbroken" nation would eventually tighten permissive gun laws, striking a more strident tone after the deadly Charleston shooting.

So, that Internet apocalypse that’s going to befall us when the our fiber optic cables max out? Maybe not so much. On Thursday, engineers reported in Science that they’d broken the “capacity limit” for fiber optic transmission, opening the door to future networks that carry more data further at lower costs.

Just in time for July 4th and road trips this summer, several of my favorite all-American eateries.

Thanks, +USA TODAY: http://usat.ly/1NmtUG2
When Food Network star Alton Brown traveled the country earlier this year on a 46-city lecture and performance tour, he got restaurant recommendations everywhere he visited.

Well...I have to say that the food is very good here. The problem is I ordered a lunch salad, the kale and Brussels sprout salad which is on their menu for $8. I've had it before and it is wonderful. However today I ordered it to go, (meetings all day), and I added a protein, in this case the salmon. I come to find out that the up-charge for adding the protein is $8...for a piece of salmon....that fits in the palm of my hand. Aside, upon opening the to-go box back at the office, I can see the bottom of the box as there is barely any salad in it. So I paid $17 for a small piece of salmon and a salad, all of which I can scoop up and hold in a single hand. Food taste is great. Price and service is ridiculous. Never again for this reason. I wish I could upload a picture to this review. I also wish the receipt was itemized showing this breakdown in cost. When I called back to ask the hostess if I was seeing things right, her answer was, "I hope not that would be crazy. Let me ask". When she got back on the phone, she didn't know what to say. Something is wrong when your own employees think the pricing is astronomical.
