I secured and started the local TEDx event. We have hosted three all day conferences, with 40 plus speakers from across the U.S., but focused regionally. This involves recruiting and managing a large volunteer organization with cross functional teams, with the below focused areas. I also have intricate knowledge of each at the strategic and tactical levels.
