It's upsetting that you were not entirely thrilled with your dining experience at the Crab House. We are always trying to improve, so we will be sure to meet with our culinary team and discuss your concerns with them. We're disappointed that we were unable to meet your expectations of our restaurant. Despite your last visit, we hope you would be willing to give us another try in the future.
